The platform is good when it is working and cannot complain about the customer support but the scammy part is, they want you to pay for the highest monthly package at $197 per month to see the details of leads that you have already paid Google etc to get to your website. Not good for small businesses who only have $200 to spend on marketing. Gatekeeping and extortion at its finest.
Great platform! Easy to use, fair pricing packages and great customer service. I have been using them for four years now, and the level of care from BK is top notch! Recommend for anyone looking to start their own service based business.
Couldn’t do it without them for my service. We run 2 separate businesses a lawn care business and Christmas lights in the winter. Amazing service for the best price you can get.
I cancelled the service and they still charged me. I pressed "cancel" and it didn't cancel.

Fantastic customer service and an excellent platform. I have been using the software since it launched sometime 2018 and they are always listening to customers and updating it. Since I've been here they completely changed the UI of the platform, added tons of features and modules and lowered their price. Usually companies increase prices and not lower them especially in the software realm. Many users even stated they would be happy to pay more.
I would highly recommend BookingKoala. Take time to learn it and you will see why it is the best platform out there. I have 2 businesses and each year I test other software to see what is out there, but no one offers what BK does for the price.
Ive been with BK for several years now and seen the growth from the early stages to now. They are the best priced and best platform to run my service based business. Without them I would be stuck overpaying for everything I need to efficiently run my company.

We tried to get in contact with the customer service several times. Every time you have to hope for answers. If you get the answer you have to wait for days, not good when you have to continue doing business!

I had been helping many members of the BookingKoala community whether free or paid with their account setups and seamlessly connecting it to automations, AI booking assistants and to marketing platforms like Facebook and Google because BookingKoala's system is lackluster, unadaptable and simply missing dozens of important features. Which is why many businesses eventually switch to GoHighLevel or HubSpot.
Recently, they launched an ad to market themselves as a GoHighLevel alternative, which is akin to a bicycle company claiming to rival Tesla. So I provided a helpful and honest opinion. Instead of considering constructive feedback, the COO of BookingKoala resorted to name calling, banning me from the group, and personally blocking me; demonstrating their unwillingness to handle critical feedback. That alone tells you how much they care about growth or improvement.
Their leadership is messy, publicly contradicting themselves and making claims they don’t even believe. One day, they admit they don't want to compete with top tier CRMs. The next day, they run ads pretending they can.
They are likely losing many customers to GoHighLevel and Hubspot due to the lack of comparable features, but instead of listening to constructive criticism, they choose to ban people for having opinions.
Anyone can write a Trustpilot review. People who write reviews have ownership to edit or delete them at any time, and they’ll be displayed as long as an account is active.
