Waste of time - bad service

Paid for a book, waited more than three months, never received the book and had to use PayPal to get the refund.

When you first reported the issue, we contacted the seller and told him to refund the money. After that, we didn't hear anything from you, so we thought the problem was solved.

We can assure you that we spare no effort to help our customers in case of any problem, including full refund of the money.
