I’ve always made a point of stopping at Boost whenever I visit Westfield Shepherd’s Bush, which made this experience even more disappointing.

I ordered two juices for £18.85, with mine being the more expensive option. The first one I was served was completely tasteless. When I pointed this out, I was simply told it was because the base was coconut water. That doesn’t change the fact that it tasted awful and wasn’t what I’d expect from a premium-priced drink.

When I asked how I would be compensated for the difference in price, considering the inconvenience and poor quality, I was told, “I’m giving you a replacement!” as if replacing a faulty product was doing me a favour.

The issue wasn’t just the drink—it was the dismissive attitude and lack of customer service. Replacing an unsatisfactory product should be the minimum standard, not presented as compensation.

Sadly, this experience has left me questioning whether Boost’s customer service has gone downhill. I expected much better from a brand I’ve supported for years.

Terrible company. They make the wrong drinks using the wrong ingredients and don’t take responsibility or admit it’s wrong. Instead they gaslight you into thinking it’s you that’s being awkward. When you complain to customer services they are even worse. They don’t value their customers at all and if you get a problem they do absolutely nothing to resolve the issue or make you feel valued! AVOID IF YOU WANT TO BE TREATED WITH KINDNESS! THEY ONLY CARE ABOUT MONEY, NOT THE CUSTOMERS’ SATISFACTION

The worst smoothie i've ever had, it's November, cold, and there's enough ice in my drink to make an ice rink. If you're going to charge 7.75 then don't rip people off by diluting it down to an iced mess, i will never use again. You'd be better off buying a freshly squeezed product from somewhere else unless you like ice slushies. This was at the Trafford Center.

I always have the best experience when I visit Boost, and that’s thanks to Chelsea. She’s always so cheerful and welcoming, even on busy days. She makes my drink perfectly every time, and you can tell she genuinely cares about giving great service. Her positive energy instantly brightens my day, and it’s clear she takes pride in her work. People like her are the reason I keep coming back
she’s a real credit to the team!

I used to buy these when they were £5 and really enjoyed the Berry Blast flavour, but now that they’re over £7 and contain barely any fruit, I’ve stopped buying them—they're honestly just not worth it anymore. I now make my own at home using real fruit and natural yoghurt, and not only do they taste much better, but they also cost a lot less!

I bought a large 2 fruit and 2 veg juice combo at Liverpool Street station. It tasted fine but they fill your cup up with so much ice, you hardly get any juice. To pay 8.10 is a total rip off.
Will never buy from Boost again. Very disappointing!

What made my experience great is the service I received from two very enthusiastic, polite, very welcoming members of staff named Shabina and Vicky. Shabina offered very good customer service, light jokes and good energy. Always good to receive on a rush hour morning in London :)
I am a regular user of the boost juice bar in Liverpool Street because all staff are exceptional just like the drinks I have had.

Company changed rules for free birthday smoothie it used to be available for members now you have to already have purchased. I visited the Liverpool Street station store to find it was closed one morning even though Google said it was open and when I went back later was told I needed to have purchased before. If they had been open in the morning I could have purchased and got free one later that day. Complained to the store and customer service and no one was willing to put the customer first. Birthdays are supposed to be a fun time but not anymore for Boost.

These boost bar drinks are beautifully made and I've not had 1 that hadn't been to complain about they've been amazing. From Nottingham to meadowhall , I wish boost bar will give me lifetime free drinks :) they're so delicious they need open more chains for the autistic like me

Cribbs Causeway, Bristol. Just this minute. Stood waiting in a queue while three other staff behind the juice bar stood chatting. I asked the server chap if it was normal to have three staff standing around while customers were queueing. Quite incredibly he replied, “Yes”. Staggering lack of awareness of any vestige customer service. Expensive too… no wonder with staff standing around doing nothing.

This review for Lake side branch and especially(( Lew )) who was treating us very bad. After we placed the order and paid .. we wait for about 10 minuets and then Lew informed us that they can’t accept AMEX . The body language and the way he was talking to us not nice at all. WE WILL NEVER COME BACK.
Finally we have the orange and carrots juice that we ordered without ice at all!!!!
