I made an order on March 20, it is now May 5, and still no product. I have been sending emails ( only way to contact this company) now for about 4-5 weeks with only one automated response. I have also asked for order to be cancelled and money refunded, no response! This is definitely a scam!

I would give 0!!!! I ordered one product, and they added a monthly subscription without my permission. Every month they take my money, I’ve send so many emails, without any answer!!! You are able to “cancel” your subscription but that doesn’t do shit, they still take your money from your bank! DO NOT ORDER HERE

I ordered one product to try it out and managed to sign myself up for a subscription that had no clear indication that I was on the website. You will not get a reply back from the email given and I am forced to place a stop on this company from debiting my account monthly. I recommend you also put a stop on the payment service they use which is shop pay. Hopefully I don’t have to close out my account over this as I will see if next month a payment is debited. This company is a fraud and product does not work for me or my daughter. Horrible feeling being scammed. Should of come to these reviews first

What does it take actually shut down a company that scams people? I brought two jars. Both were just crushed coffee beans with god knows what. After my purchase (that I wasn’t happy with) I was signed up to a subscription that I didn’t ask for and they kept attempting to take payments. I went on their website and cancelled the subscription (which took ages to be able to do) after the cancellation they took a lesser payment I contacted my bank who then refunded my payment and received it from them after. I still get subscription emails from them. Scammers I can’t believe instagram still allow them to advertise.

I feel so duped. I made an order based on the reviews but when I received the product, it didn’t at all match what I know of Batana oil which has a very strong, smokey smell that this simply doesn’t have. Now I worry about the authenticity of the reviews on their website. Isn’t it interesting that you can’t post a review there. How does that work. Anyway, I’ve binned mine because I simply can’t trust it.

I ordered 2 Botanic Oils and never received them. I only received several emails stating Delivery Exception- Contact the Carrier There was a tracking number and telephone number provided, however, the number was Not In Seevice. There was no email address information for the carrier. I contacted Botanic via email that was on the website to refund my money ASAP. They just keep sending emails to contact the carrier company.

This company is a SCAM. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY.

I ordered my hair products Botanic Batana Hair Oil and I never received anything. The courier said that they left it in the porch in which case I do not have one. I have tried on numerous occasions to get my money back and nothing. I spent nearly £100.00 with this company. They even had the cheek to say that they will redeliver the package and charge me £10.00 extra on top. Why should I pay for something that I have not received.

No customer service to speak of (the lack of interaction on Trustpilot supports this)

The shipping takes FOREVER and you cannot contact anyone at botanic, they do not reply to emails, dms or comments.

The product is NOT genuine Batana oil. It looks and smells like swamp.

Do not waste your time and money, it’s disgusting that they’re still allowed to trade.

Scammers I ordered Botana oil it was shipping from China meaning it was fake. I asked to return it for a refund they sent me a shipping label for the return. I returned it back they said I sent it to the wrong address. I said you guys sent me the shipping label how it is the wrong address??? They said it was the post offices shipping label not there’s. These ppl are crooks NEVER order anything from these ppl.

Absolute nightmare ......... I've been chasing my order for more than 2 months, and they won't give me a refund

So, I tried this product for 90 days. No change in the thickness or thinning of my hair. As a matter of fact, I would say the thinning is worse. So I reached out and requested a refund....nope. Their policy of no questions asked is not true. I was told that I must send in 90 days of time stamped videos of me using the product to be considered for a refund. I sent in pics, but didn't know video was a requirement, so no refund. This company is fraudulent...the products don't work and they have figured out a work around for giving refunds. Being a senior citizen on a fixed income companies like this are very disheartening.

Be careful – misleading subscription!
I ordered one jar of hair oil from Botanic, thinking it was a one-time purchase. Nowhere on the site was it clearly stated that I had subscribed to a monthly plan. Only after being charged three times did I manage to cancel the subscription. One jar that lasts at least six months – but they send you one every month? Makes no sense. Poor website, not transparent at all. Not a trustworthy company in my experience.

I paid over $60 for these products and I still have not received my products. So my 1 Star is based on the shipping and receiving not on the actual product itself since I never received my order

I am trying to exercise my right to get a no quibble refund. Products received unopened and i immediately requested details for a refund and detail to send back the product. My request was rejected. I have resent it with a copy of their 30-day refund policy and quoting the U.K. consumer rights policy. I am within rights to receive a refund, so hopefully my request will be reopened and honoured. Let’s see.

Fake fake this mess not real and they will not refund you the money back for their fake product I had to open one to get tested fake fake fake don’t waste your money

The product is not what they it is and they are fully aware of it. I bought the kit for £71 and none of it is good. The oil is not oil because it is watery and foams like soap. I had to put it down the toilet. That should be the easiest thing to get right. However I have gotten the right product.

Product arrived nearly 2 weeks later and after using it once, my hair fell off in clumps. I now have a bald patch on the top of my head. The rest of my hair started shedding. Threw it in the bin. The stuff is fake. Do not buy

This is FAKE and a scam. They use the voice of Barbara Oneill with AI and that’s why i thought it was safe and a good purchase. Don’r be fooled! The product is from China and it’s the worst. Throw it away immediately. Garbage. I fell for it again. Don’t buy anything, i purchased for 100 euro’s 😱
