Our move went extremely well. The team were fantastic and took great care of our belongings. In addition, they were wonderful men and were happy throughout the move. After 18 years in our family home, we were worried about the move, but the team from Bournes made it completely stress free for us. We would highly recommend them to anyone.

A bit late as we moved late July in 2025. The team with Fred, Patrick Steve and Andy did a great job from the Cranleigh office. They were hard working, very pleasant and great communicators. They were with us for two days. Ryan and Jamie also helped with one truck from the Aylesbury office the next day. They were all Customer focused and we were very pleased our move from Buckinghamshire to Hampshire went so smoothly. We did have one minor niggle which was resolved by the office otherwise it would have been a 5 star rating.

I have used Bournes twice in two years. Once for a local house move and again for a move to Europe.
They have been brilliant from start to finish. They help with all the paperwork, logistics, packing, unpacking and assembling and I have used them for storage before the move abroad. The delivery guys go above and beyond and really take the stress out of moving. I highly recommend them.

First class professional removal service - the guys wrapped all our art very carefully and carried everything up to the forth floor in London briskly and efficiently helping unpack and taking all the cardboard & paper packing materials away, meaning we were comfortable in our new home on the first night. I noticed they had all the correct spanner's and alum keys with them to take apart our glass kitchen table and bed too! (Which they carefully put back together) highly recommend

The person who did the quote was polite and very informative. The 2 men who did the removal were very experienced, polite and kind. My items were stored and when I wanted delivery booked with no problems, I was even offered a cancellation which I gladly took. Again 2 men expertly put all things in rooms I wanted it. One was the same as collection and the other met Bournes high standards.

Moaned constantly and broke a lot of our precious things. I was made to feel really bad that they had to move our stuff, but we were paying!!!
