I bought the nose trimmer from Bovem and I’m genuinely impressed with it. It’s compact, easy to use, and does exactly what it’s supposed to do without any hassle. The trimming is quick, clean, and comfortable, and the build quality feels really good too.
Definitely one of those purchases where you think, “Why didn’t I get this sooner?” 😄
Great product from Bovem — highly recommend it.

I have not received my item and they are asking me to rate it. Furthermore, your customer service email ID managed by one guy called, Adam. It is really bad. He replies whenever he feels like replying or feels like answering to my queries. You can see my past emails and records too. The after sales service is very bad. I will not recommend to others to buy this brand.

It's been 35 days since I placed my order but I haven't received it yet. No updates from the company. I followed up thru email but got no reply.
UPDATED 12/27/2025: I got an email from Bovem yesterday stating the product reached our country's post office almost a month ago. Our post office didn't contact me either. I thought and was expecting it to be delivered to my doorstep. Will have to wait till January of next year as government offices are closed for the holidays.

Light stopped working and it cuts…
It's led stopped working 3 months after I bought it and it cuts my skin when I run it around my globe. Not very safe for intimate use.

Very poor experience
Very poor experience. They promised shipping in 2-3 days and still preparing shipment after 6 days without any response from any enquiry/customer service.
