I love my Brahmin wallet. The quality is the best!

I love the quality and the variety offered with Brahmin bags. I have 6 now and looking at a new one that I would love to add to my collection. The customer service is great, and my item arrived within the designated time.

This is my favorite brand for bags and I have a collection of them. They're all great quality and well made. The prices are kind of high compared to some other brands but you're paying for quality as well as beautiful, distinctive bags.

Bought a Marlowe bag in Florida. It was beautiful but less than a month later the hardware started breaking. I reached out to company who wanted me to pay to ship bag for repair. For the cost of this bag which was cheaply made,they should pay me for my time in having to deal with something that should never have occurred. Never again will I buy from Brahmin especially after learning the products are made in China not the Usa as they once were. This company lost its fine reputation and "sold its soul" for profit.

$265 for mini bag that I got suckered into purchasing at Von Maur do to 'wallet' feature - which is nice, however, I can't fit my reader glasses, let alone my subscription RayBans into the slot with my iphone. what a joke - don't get unless you just want a chubby wallet.

Horrible customer service!! They have agents that are extremely rude and just try to get you to purchase items, but do not help with decisions, etc.

Love Brahmin handbags, hate Brahmin customer service. Extremely unhelpful with a "don't care" attitude. During one of Brahmin's clearance sales I purchased a few items. During the checkout process, there was the option to use Affirm and make monthly payments, It sounded like a nice budge friendly idea and I went that route. The purchase was approved and the items were shipped. A few days after receiving the shipping information, I realized the bags had never arrived and that is when the issues and lack of customer service happened.
Brahmin stated that Affirm recalled the purchase without reason, so Brahmin stopped the delivery. I was told by Brahmin customer service "Sorry to be the bearer of bad news but the sale has ended" "you need to follow up with Affirm". To which I did.
Affirm stated they never asked Brahmin to return the bags and loan from Affirm went through. Now I am out the handbags and Affirm is stating that I DID receive the bags and I am required to pay.
Brahmin kept telling me to contact Affirm and Affirm kept passing the buck back to Brahmin. I had email prove and receipts showing Affirm asking me for payments and yet Brahmin refused to budget. I then sent emails to BOTH Affirm and Brahmin that stated my next step was to report both of them to the Better Business Bureau. The purchase date was 6/21 and the issues started when I emailed on 6/28/2023 and was not resolved until July 12th. Email responses from Brahmin and Affirm were days apart until I started the process with the BBB and SUDDENLY, the SAME DAY Brahmin returns with an "our apologies for all of the trouble with this" email.
Now stating the refund is being sent through to Affirm. My recommendation is be extremely cautious if using Affirm with any Brahmin purchased. If I had not continued to fight this I would have been required to pay for something I never received. Neither Brahmin nor Affirm could ever show me proof of why the purchase was recalled. While I believe the issue was more with Affirm, Brahmin's "sorry to be the bearer of bad news" attitude left a very bad impression. I had placed an 2nd order and luckily had used my debit card, due to the lack of help from Brahmin, I refused delivery of that order. It is really too bad because I have always enjoyed my Brahmin handbags.

Brahmin offers luxury well designed handbags. Behind the scenes is severely lacking and an attitude that is all about the money and not the customer service. Brahmin no longer allows you to register your handbags, which means you must keep your receipts if purchased elsewhere to prove the purchase if repairs are needed. If the bags are purchased through Brahmin they will have record of said purchase ONLY if your email address has not changed. To change your email, you are required to create a new account, then must contact Brahmin who will move over your points but not the records of your purchases. In today's age of electronics, Brahmin should take some of their profits and put into into better online website experience for customers allowing the change of contact information without causing loyal customers to lose their purchase history. It is quite upsetting that one can no longer have register these beautiful and expensive handbags, that contact information such as email addresses cannot easily be changed. Ladies, when purchasing your Brahmin beauties be sure to keep those receipts or else you will be out of luck if repairs are needed.

I called and they said there is nothing they can do other than me return it and hope another one was better. They said they can't say whether the new one would have the same issue. Oh Brahmin, where do I begin….. First of all, I love your product, great quality, great design, a lot pricey for the average women. My problem with Brahmin is how you treat your employees, I find it absolutely deplorable in todays times a company like this would accuse an employee of being threatening or harassing because she is a gay woman and doesn’t look like the rest of your employees or speak the same language…. I feel like you as a company treated an employee guilty of something that was a false accusation and never even gave that employee a chance , what happened to innocent until proven guilty???? I myself as a lesbian woman will spread this to the lesbian community and let them know how you treated this employee and share this story as far as it can go , and it may not affect your sales or hurt your feelings, but the lesbian community will know this story and many other women who believe that we are not in a judgmental society may think twice about your products, after all this is 2024 and we are all supposed to be trying to get along in this world!!! This employee did nothing wrong!!!!

I absolutely love my Brahmin bags! They are made so well and look amazing. I have four so far and plan to buy more. They come in a great assortment of colors, styles, and designs. I get so many compliments when I am out and have one on me. My newest bag came today and it looks fabulous; I am over the moon happy!!!

Bought Brahmin bag for $500 and found the shoulder strap missing. Called Brahmin and they want $50 to $65 for the missing strap to be replaced. Their comment was to deal with the store where I bought it as if the store will have the strap. Own 20 Brahmin bags but will go to Hammitt in the future. Brahmin is not the company it used to be.

Bought 2 bags in October. Still waiting on them… I’m putting in fraud claim this week. Way too busy for these shenanigans!

The Berry Spice Dayan stalked my FB when it first dropped. I waited to late and it was sold out. Latter to discover Saddlecreek Location in Memphis had the purse. Absolutely love it. And Tameka is the BEST. The bag was delivered to me the very next day in Huntsville.

I find it deeply offensive they call the brand Brahmin. -Brahmins are the priests in Hinduism. For millenia. Not to be used as a brand for a bag. -And it makes it particularly more egregious since these bags are made of leather. Stop appropriating other people's cultures.

Bought wife a crossbody bag for birthday. One of several she owns. After 30 days, the stitching started to unravel. She called them. Their response was, it's been after 30 days! "Nothing we can do." However, you can mail it back, with all these stipulations on how to mail it, then they can fix it at out expense. Needless to say, won't be buying anymore. Filing a BBB complaint after this review. I guess, it'd back to Michael Kors. At least I know, they stand behind their products..

Bag was defective. It had a pocket that was never sewn shut and started peeling from the day I started using it. It is under warranty so I can mail it back to be repaired BUT they don't pay for shipping and it is a big bag. Cost me almost $65 to mail it off. Not cool. I wont be buying any more Brahmin bags. Poor quality for what you pay for it. Really sad.

I have a collection of Brahmin handbags. Three of them are in the color “ink.” I had one of them hanging on my door in front of two small white Brahmin handbags that I had only worn once each. To my surprise the blue “ink” handbag transferred the blue color onto my white Brahmin bags. I contacted Brahmin and they told me I should pay to ship the bags to them and they would refurbish them. There was no apology and I have to pay to send them to the company. I want to bring this awareness to other consumers and I am now concerned about the possibility of other colors of my Brahmin bags bleeding as well.
