Genuinely the worst customer service…
Genuinely the worst customer service I've ever experienced. I ordered 4 shirts and they sent me just 1. It took me over a month and several emails with them to get a refund for the missing shirts. At one point they just stopped responding to me altogether (for 3 weeks) and I thought they were some sort of scam site. They eventually responded and issued me a refund but it wasn't for the full amount of the 3 shirts. I'm still fighting them via email. I would recommend you get your clothes from somewhere else and not risk it.

A disappointing shopping experience
I ordered four items but only received one, as the other items were apparently no longer in stock.
This was particularly disappointing as Customer Service never contacted me to inform me that the items were unavailable.

The trousers had a 10 cm hole along the…
The trousers had a 10 cm hole along the seam and felt like they had already been worn (pen spot). I had to repair the hole myself because I didn't want the hassle of sending them back for a second time (another story). The fabric makes a poor impression—it looks as if the trousers had already been worn or were made from very thin, low-quality material. However, the cut is good, and I like the color. I’d say they aren't worth the 85 euros—and that was even at a heavily discounted price. You're better off buying from genuinely sustainable, high-quality brands.

The return fee is just barely acceptable. The fabrics are good overall, quality varies from piece to piece. The prices without discount are not justified imo. Without the fun patterns I would not be returning as a buyer.
