Rip Off
We left them a deposit, $100.00. Their website states "Cancellations: For month or more reservations, you must cancel 30 days or more in advance to obtain a refund. Should you cancel less than 30 days in advance, your deposit will be forfeited and you will be charged a $25 cancellation fee. For Daily or Weekly Stays, you must cancel -At least 48 hours in advance for a full refund minus $25 cancellation fee. Within 48 hours, you will forfeit your deposit. Checks should be received within 2 weeks."

We get this after we already paid, even though the first paragraph was taken write of their website. What a ripoff. We canceled 33 days prior to our arrival.
P.S. I had the credit card receipt so why would I look at the one they sent me and even if I did it was already to late, I signed up according to the website.
