Customer service Rep Mervin was extremely helpful and helped me navigate to satisfy what I needed.. Brickhouse is hands down the best for me and my family and Mervin was like family to me.

I love using Brickhouse and the service they provide as well as the wonderful trackers they have. Today I was helped by a wonderful man named Kelvin and he was very polite and made sure my request was met at all times.

The customer service person Mervin , was very professional and polite easy to talk to and patient. He was good at letting.me know what was going on when I was waiting. And return my text with solution.

The customer service team is very knowledgeable and helpful I had thought I deleted one of my devices being monitored along with all the data. Not having access to the device I was in a panic. Tech support was amazing. They quickly reasurred me nothing was lost, got me reconnected walking me through the software step by step. Making it so easy. They didn't make me feel like I was a bother, they weren't irritated. They were happily helpful and patient. Brickhouse Security deserves all five of those stars!!

I have used brick house security's app and services for several months now, with very few minor issues with there systems. The app and system works excellent and would highly recommend. The best part is there on point, and emediate customer service department. Special shout out to (mervin) excellent customer service!

Easy to use platform, when I ran into difficulties reactivating Kelvin was AMAZING at helping me with that. Very responsive as far as customer service! Couldn't be happier with my choice of companies.

I have looked for GPS trackers and tried a couple. I purchased ITagPro that was advertised as the best tracker. Only problem with it is that it operates using BlueTooth. So, if the vehicle is out of range the tracker does not work. The GPS tracker that I got from BrickHouse does not use BlueTooth and works exactly as advertised. The installation was easy. If I ever need another GPS tracker, I will go with BrickHouse!

This was the easiest purchase I have made.
My elderly Dad has gotten confused a couple of times and this system is perfect for us. I can set up a fence and know when he leaves home and when he is back.
The pricing was simple to understand and less expensive then some others.
I would tell everyone with a loved one that still wants to be independent this is the way to protect them.

Mervin was extremely helpful with my issue of being able to login and access my new tracker. Very fast responses and clear directions on what to do in order to get the correct app and login and see the tracker and monitor.
