I would advise you avoid this website like the plague. We created our wedding website which was a bit clunky but worked OK, however now we have sent the link out, every time we now make changes to the website it says 'Failed to update wedding website' every time we click publish. This means guests are seeing an out-of-date webiste when they click the link and we have having to reach out to them individually with updates!
We are also unable to add the details of our day 2 venue to the website, even to the un-published version. Every time we click the 'Venue Suppliers' tab it just loads continuously meaning we can't add the venue for us to then add to the website.

I had an online meeting with Scarlett today, she was brilliant, friendly, cheerful and extremely helpful and ran through everything on the Bridebook app. She did an excellent job explaining all the features and helped me decide what sort of advertising I needed, what I really like is just how attentive she was.

Sam has been invaluable in helping me navigate the Bridebook platform and understand how to make the most of its features to drive performance. I have now used Bridebook across several clients and have found the platform easy to use, intuitive and effective in delivering results. Amazing! So easy to use and navigate- personalised wedding website is easy to set up and amend as needed. Having guests be able to RSVP is really helpful!

Bridebook has made starting our wedding planning so easy and much less overwhelming. I had no idea where or how to start this process, it's so easy to have all the venues in one place and being able to message them directly via bridebook so all our conversations and the information is in one place. There are also some great features on the platform to look at suppliers, create a guest list, a vision board and you can add notes where I have done pros and cons lists for every venue we have viewed :)

Bridebook took all the stress out of planning our wedding, we were able to budget, search, and chat to our venue all in one place.

We managed a wedding and event venue in Germany and had our onboarding with Bridebook led by Yuma. From the very beginning, the experience was genuinely excellent.

Our management team was initially quite sceptical, but Yuma did an amazing job of explaining the benefits in a very clear and down-to-earth way. It never felt like an exaggerated sales pitch or like we were being pushed into anything. He simply understood our business, answered every question honestly and gave us the information we needed to make the right decision. His way of consulting was professional, knowledgeable and genuinely helpful a huge compliment to him!

The onboarding afterwards was just as smooth. Lisa, our Profile Manager, was fantastic to work with and helped us get everything set up properly.

Most importantly, we saw a noticeable increase in enquiries, including couples from outside our immediate region. Bridebook also made managing wedding enquiries and communication much easier and more structured for us.

Overall, a really positive experience but a special shoutout to Yuma, who made an excellent first impression and was a big part of why we felt confident moving forward with Bridebook. Highly recommended!

Spammy inaccurate emails. This company emailed me claiming my listing had been limited and I needed to upgrade to increase my visibility.

I have never listed on Bridebook. To make matters worse they used the name of father's company, he passed away 3 years ago and his company had ceased trading well before then. He certainly never advertised on there.

Whether or not the actual service is of value is unknown, the marketing techniques are underhand.

Bride book is great it has everything you need in one place. I found the most beautiful venue to host my wedding 🙂

The online training was super helpful and very informative. The content was clear, practical, and really useful for our business. We gained valuable knowledge and feel we’re getting the best out of the training to support and improve our business.

This free app really helped me get started with wedding planning. The budgeting tool and the planning tool are particularly fantastic. I doubt feel any pressure to buy anything in app. It's been a fabulous help.

Really positive experience with Bridebook. The support you get from their team is the best I we have seen out of any listing platform, and their prices are clear and transparent. A special shout out to Ellie, who has been absolutely amazing as a support.
