I had a tyre pressure alarm warning after travelling from Canberra to Sydney on a Friday evening. I rang Bridgestone at Marrickville as I assumed I had a slow leak puncture. They booked me in at 8:00 on Saturday morning. By 8:30 they had checked the tires and found all in order.
They declined payment as no fault found. I was so impressed with the efficiency and genuine good honest service I will be tempted to drive from Canberra for my next set of tyres. Amazing professional approach to good service. Could not give a higher recommendation. Steve May Canberra

Worst service ever. vehicle came out worst than it went in. Complained to local dealer. Tried to get on to head office but obviously they have too many complaints that they make it almost impossible to contact them. Tried on the web with their chat service and was asked to enter my credit card details. WHAT A USLESS SERVICE AND COMPLAINT DEPARTMENT. SUGGEST EVERYONE STAYS CLEAR OF THIS TERRIBLE COPMPANY THAT DOSEN'T WANT TO ADRESS THEIR PROBLEMS.

They broke the aircon vent on my car and then lied about it - and said it was broken before- as if I would not have noticed that… the new staff have turned it into a dodgy as outfit

Great experience at Bridgestone Select, Tyre & Auto, Hawthorn, South Australia.

From the moment I rang I knew I was dealing with a highly competent professional. Natasha was friendly and knowledgeable and gave a clear and well-explained quote upfront.

I have been driving for over 40 years and it's only the second time that I have had a punctured tyre. When I went in I was greeted by Natasha, who confirmed what needed to be done. In 15 minutes my tyre was fixed and back on the car, ready for me to go.

She also provided me with a quote for tyres as mine were starting to wear and when needed I will certainly be going back.

It's so refreshing to have someone that is professional, efficient, and transparent.

Had my car serviced at Bridgestone Tyre and Mechanical Rockhampton on 17th August. I had advised the manager to check for a noise i heard 2 days before service. Upon paying $1260 i asked manager was there any issues. He said couple things were noted, I asked him to explain that to me but he didn't know as the manager said he wasnt a mechanic. Upon speaking to the so called qualified mechanic who worked on my car he showed me milky fluid came from transmission...apparently. My car was fine to drive apparently. I trusted them. They never told me anything different. 7 days later my car was back at Bridgestone fluid everywhere. My car wasn't safe to drive. It was with them for 7 days over $2000 later my car now has transmission issues not driveable. I solely hold them accountable. If they had of found the real issue in the first place when it was being serviced I wouldn't be looking at possible thousands now to have my car repaired. As far as customer service with the manager during this period well there was none. I was contacting him asking what was happening with my car 😡

A big thank you to the guys at Bridgestone Armstrong Creek for their customer service. They let me know every step of the way what was happening and explained everything. Would recommend taking your vehicle to them and trusting that they will get the job done.

selling low quality tyres with expensive price. I got 4 tyres and run 23K and already worn out. My tyres are Bridgestone Ecopia.

Thank you to the team for their amazing work and help. Lisa and Steven helped me to work my after pay out and helped me stay calm when I couldn't work out what was wrong. Thankyou to the fella's out the back for their work. I wouldn't go anywhere else to get my car fixed.

We took our car into Bridgestone Select Tyre And Auto Wetherill Park NSW to have a leaking tube replaced. It was replaced but the workmanship was bad. As soon as we saw our car we could see that the rim had a big scratch on it that definitely wasn’t there before. It also had dried lubricant on the wheel and rim. The mechanic/service person couldn’t even be bothered to just run a wet cloth over it. It was obvious they don’t take pride in their work. We dealt with David, he was very helpful from the start and offered to repair the rim at no cost to us, however, this was going to take 3-4 days. We’ve decided to get it repaired elsewhere. Your service staff need to do better.

Thank you so much for what your staff did to my car, Friday Morning. I went to go get tyres for my car well thank you again to your incompetement saff that broke my car and I had to get my car tow home that friday from use. Not happy at all. My car was fine on taking it there. On take my car there I got a call from one if your safe saying we are sorry we dont know whats happen we think we have broken your car some how one very upset person on whats happen all I have done is cry thinking why how could this of happen, and all I got was we are sorry thats it. Only person I want to thank from your shop is the guy that drive me home that day sorry for crying to you.
