Misrepresentation

Like others have pointed out, the website photos imply you are getting a statue. In fact, in the description they specifically refer to it as a "sculpture." That is not what they give you. They give you a 2D print out. Not only that, but mine arrived broken. There is a big crack down the middle.

Pitiful product

Pitiful product. They need zero stars. I got a paper thin photo attached to a plexi glass piece. They advertise a copper metal looking statue type product. The worst deception I have seen in a long time. Waiting for my refund.

I would rate them lower if I could..

I would rate them lower if I could... They advertise a statue and sent a cartoon on plexiglass!! This was for my wife's birthday. Now I have to try to find something else last minute. You guys should be ashamed of yourself. Total scam!

Items on the website are a misrepresentation.

This is a misrepresentation of the items displayed on the website. We ordered what we thought would be a statue, but received a flat acrylic cut out. I also ordered on January 17, 2026 and it took about 3 weeks to be delivered. I can’t believe, in this economy, that these scam websites are allowed to treat people like this and steal our money. If anyone else sees this review, and you were scammed, please dispute it with your credit card company. I’m guessing from other reviews, This company will not give you a 100% refund. They will rename their website and continue to sell these items to scam more people.

What a complete waste of my money!

These are not even close to what they show on their sight? they make it look like you are getting a #D printed statue when in fact they look like a cardboard cutout done in plastic! The resemblance is very cartoonish like that does not even look like the people they are supposed to represent. What a waste of money. Don't do it they photos on their web sight are obviously 3D renders not actual pieces! I wish I could post photos of what I received. I am disgusted!

Waste of time and money!

The product is nothing like what they advertise. They scam you into thinking you get a statue but you get a flat piece of plastic on a wobbly base - terrible waste of money. DO NOT BUY FROM BRIDIGI.

If I could score zero I would

If I could score zero I would

The end product was nothing like the photograph I sent them.

It was ordered early December as a Christmas present and arrived in January

They have made me pay £16.30 postage to send it back to get a refund.

Steer clear

It’s a scam

It’s a scam! They made an ad is that you get a 3D beautiful sculpture from a photo and I thought what a lovely momento of us on our good days together. Nope, it's a piece of shaped plastic with a photo stuck to it in a dark gold colour and then mounted on a stand. What a disappointment.

What a disappointment

I lost my wife at the beginning of the month and saw Bridigi's ad on facebook. The impression from the ad is that you get a 3D statuette from a photo and I thought what a lovely momento of us on our wedding day back in 1975. Nope, it's a piece of shaped plastic with a photo stuck to it in a dark gold colour and then mounted on a stand. What a disappointment.
