Terrible bookmaker. Removed live chat from me because I was ‘rude’ to the live chat agent (who was clueless and couldn’t help).

Today I have put on a bet which took over 3 minutes (two live selections) as it takes so long to place a bet, and eventually it will take your bet when the odds are not in your favour.

They have a sign up offer but nothing else and that it’s self is ridiculous as you’re only allowed to place bets on selections evens and above.

Whole place is a scam and the reviews are all accurate

Had a very good bonus, however, before and after that it was so miserable.
Deadspin after dead spins, had around 100 spins with ante bet on and saw 2 scatters twice.
Tried big bass Halloween 1000, 2 very poor bonuses, then afterwards probably not even a 3x win off about another 200 spins.
Oh and the 50 free spins on big bass blast returned 20p so probably give this site a miss

I think Brillbet need to address their RTP because I've played a lot of casinos and understand variance BUT this site is rigged. I've done the wager £25 for 50 free spins a few times and always down after the wagering (to be expected) but over 200 free spins I have won a total of 54p.........rigged. NEVER PAYS OUT. How do these sites keep getting away with it? Surely they are regulated and can't deceit customers like this?

Played for an hour highest bonus was 13x. Just take take take money with no wins. Site needs taking down and the owners prosecuting

it cost me £350 before i knew it was a scam site the fruit machines just dont pay always stuck in first gear with them think they are just out to make money false stop if i had the chance i would get them closed down end of.

Dead spins constantly, lost Alot of money, you win some you lose some I get that but this site is definitely rigged, wait for the customer service team to talk their dribble its utter crap do not waste your money might as well put it down the drain.

they are unable to communicate properly in English even though they can, use google translate and change to Hindi. since they are using google translate to turn your English message to Hindi.
