I have been using Brita for a few years and I absolutely love it. When I have a problem with my brita and I called them the customer service are always so nice and helpful they always help me with my issues. I tell all my family and they now a brita owner.
The products do their job to their bare minimum but their Longlast blue cartridges take up to 45 minutes to filter a single jug, which is a ridiculous length of time. On top of this, their recycling program with Terracycle has been on hold for months if not years. For a company that claims quality and corporate responsibility, it leaves much to be desired.
