Rated 3 out of 5 stars

Hard working guys but the company is not so good..

This company moved us from the UK to Ireland for which they charged us a not inconsiderable £5K. The actual removal guys worked hard and completed a difficult move to a very remote location. Great skill in driving a large lorry down difficult tracks.

However several items were not delivered and one item was broken.

Attitude of the company was to dodge responsibility and hide behind the insurance we had taken out. Got the feeling that they had our money and were no longer interested in us or our problems. Their manager said he was surprised we were dissatisfied... (Really??! This ids normal for Britannia then?)

No idea how long insurance claim will take (no advice from company) and in the meantime we are without a TV and electric recliners on our sofas. We also have a valuable garden statue in pieces.

The guys in the vans are very good, but as a company I would not use them again. Shame - if they had followed through on the customer care when we really needed them this would be a 5 star review.
