The monopoly of Brose

The monopoly of Brose

If you are in the market for an EBike, watch out for the motor manufacture, if it is Brose then you are committing to a monopoly where Brose has a self-service-hand down your wallet, and it is expensive.

This is how the monopoly works:

You can not buy Brose spares and you can ONLY send your motor for repair at Brose, in other words, your friendly neighbour is no good – no matter how cheap he is, he can’t get spares or circuit diagrams --- Brose has nailed that one.

‘Your question may be – will I ever need service on my motor – Yes you do, your motor will rust internally and sometimes the motor-controller in the motor goes faulty. 5 Years of life before your Brose motor need service, is probably average if you look after it.

The bike shop who sold the bike said that they can not repair Brose motors and the only options is to buy a new motor – You can get a whole array of Chinese EBikes for the same cost as a new motor.

To Brose: What made German stuff reputable around the world was started by VW, rumours has it the you buy a pint of goats milk and order any spares for your VW Beatle in the middle of Share or wherever you are in the world --- that made Germany great...

Exalted managers and bad trainers.

A company that has highly advanced standards that unfortunately can only be learned from bad managers and exalted trainers.
If you are also serious people and you also have a family it is better not to trust on these people, they will make you feel inept and they will turn you into nothingness for your own use and consumption.
