If you are looking for a replacement conservatory roof, don’t use this company. 1st November 2025(not the 1st leak)I came home to water running down a wall. It took almost 4months to ‘fix’ the leak. Christmas dinner was cancelled. Still waiting to find out when painter will come to repaint the wall.
We have just had a beautiful conservatory installed by Bryant & Cairns and we could not be happier.
Really super team, professional and dedicated to getting the job done to the highest standards.
Nothing was ever too much trouble and the project went extremely smoothly.

We had a new glass conservatory roof fitted replacing original of 23 years (a polycarbonate)plus a new laminate floor .
The original was built by B&C plus double glazing to other windows the following year .We knew the quality and workmanship was lasting as out conservatory was still in great condition as indeed our windows.
Nothing has changed.
Great service came as scheduled and fitted expertly a quality product with a great finnish.

We had used Bryant and Cairns many years before. Were they still good? We got a few quotes and felt that B and C came in with a price we felt comfortable with in comparison with one supplier that was just ridiculous. And then constantly contacted with a lower price. End to end we felt that our particular job was handled professionally and and queries satisfactorily covered. We were kept up to date with what what happening. The fitters turned up on time. Did a great job. Left the place clean and also advised that there was a small job outstanding that another team would finish off. That team arrived the next day ( only negative was no advice given they were coming). Again they finished this off and we were happy with the work.
End to end I'd have no hesitation in using Bryant and Cairns again.
Having used Bryant and Cairns before and seen first-hand their service and products, we ordered doors from them last year. There were a few issues with one of the doors. To their credit, they did everything possible to resolve each issue, including some decisive steps that I’m reasonably confident that not a lot of companies would have considered. Everything is now resolved and we’re very happy.
It is inevitable that, on occasion, things go wrong - it’s how a company deals with them that gives a true picture of it and its values. Bryant and Cairns have really exceeded our expectations 99% of the time. We will happily use them again in the future.

I contacted Bryant & Cairns after receiving a recommendation from a friend. I was a little anxious to start the process of finding the right double glazing company after a bad experience with a shutter company a few years ago, which left us £4000 out of pocket.
This experience couldn’t have been more different. When they called me back, they were really helpful, listened to the issues we had with being by the coast and our current sliding doors, and gave me great advice.
Very few companies will be so honest with you that it effectively rules out their business from getting your job, but it became obvious that the best solution for us isn’t something they carry, and they were scrupulously honest about that. Not every company I’ve contacted since were as honest!
Although we didn’t proceed with the job with B&C, I’ve already recommended them to another family member looking for UPVC French doors, as I think honesty like this deserves to be rewarded.
