Daniel Bradley has been completely fantastic both with my son- the learner - and, not insignificantly, with me (parent). Responsive to requests, flexible with lesson timing, clear in terms of admin, test requirements, and instruction itself, and great to work with. If there were 10 stars to give in this review, I’d give them all!

I passed my test after learning to drive with John Bolton. Always calm and helpful, I would recommend John to anyone who is looking to learn to drive.

For my lessons on BSM i had Daniel Bradley as my teacher. Dan taught me all i know about driving only within a couple of months all the way through to my test. Dan taught me how to drive with not only the goal of passing the test, but to ensure i will be safe on the roads. Throughout the lessons he was always patient and honest with me which helped to understand where i was really at with my progress

I cannot express how much Ms Juliana Ahuyana has helped me to become the driver I am today. I started off as a learner with 0 confidence, always scared of traffic and other cars and moving incredibly slow. Today, I excel at large multiple lane roundabouts and high speed roads all because of her, she supported me soo much even when I failed my first test and didn’t drive for 5 months she continued to support and help me and I finally passed!!!
Book this wonderful woman if you want to be a successful driver with confidence and support, she is extremely caring and understanding and strict when needed.

I highly recommend Shafiq Hafeez as your manual driving instructor! He helped both me and my partner pass our manual driving tests, and we’re both very grateful for his support and patience throughout the learning process.

Before learning with Shafiq, I was extremely nervous about driving fast, managing my speed properly, going around roundabouts, and many other aspects of driving. I lacked confidence and often felt anxious behind the wheel.

What really makes Shafiq stand out is that he takes the time to understand the reasons behind your fears and mistakes. Instead of just correcting errors, he explains everything clearly, helps you understand what went wrong, and builds your confidence step by step. His teaching style is calm, friendly, and encouraging, which made a huge difference to me.

Over time, my driving skills improved greatly, and many of the problems I struggled with were fixed thanks to his guidance and support. He is patient, professional, and genuinely cares about helping his students become safe and confident drivers.

I had Farzam Ashouri and he was simply amazing. I had 4 weeks until my test and to say this man can teach is an understatement. He’s funny and very concise. Always a joy to be around and know how to make me remember everything.

I passed 1st time in Mill Hill thanks to this man.

My driving instructor Twinky was amazing! She helped me go from a nervous learner to a confident driver. Anything I was unsure about she guided me through it and taught me so well. She taught without any judgement when making small mistakes and made me feel comfortable, which helped me greatly. I can’t recommend her enough, she’s the best! :)

Thank you to my amazing instructor, Juliana. Every lesson felt personal, organised, and productive. I made plenty of mistakes, but she never made me feel foolish – she calmly explained each one and turned it into a real learning moment. That’s made me a safer driver. I always felt safe knowing she was alert and in control.

I seriously doubted I’d ever be able to drive, but once I trusted Juliana’s process, everything changed. I passed first time, and I owe so much of that win to Juliana and BSM.

If you want a calm, honest, and enjoyable driving experience, book Juliana. You won’t regret it.

My instructor was amazing, helped me from the moment I first drove a car all the way to the end where I passed my test. Communication was perfect always making sure I understood the lesson and giving me great feedback and encouragement when I need it. I couldn’t pick a better instructor would recommend 1000%

Avoid the instructor Ian Blake in Reading, and approach BSM Driving School with caution based on my experience.

Ian was unwilling to carry out proper, structured mock tests despite repeated requests. This meant I never received a clear or realistic assessment of whether I was actually test-ready.

On the day of the test, he sat in the car without discussing it with me beforehand or asking for my consent. I wasn’t even made aware that this was my choice, which added unnecessary pressure in an already stressful situation.

After the test, he failed to provide meaningful feedback, ignored follow-up questions, and then removed himself as my instructor without any explanation.

What’s worse is the school’s response. Instead of addressing these clear issues around communication and professionalism, they simply shifted the blame onto the student and closed the complaint without properly engaging with the points raised.

Overall, a very frustrating experience, both with the instructor and how the school handled the complaint.

I had a great time learning to drive with Jose Caires from the AA driving school. He was incredibly patient and calm, creating a really positive environment for me to learn. He was incredibly helpful in planning how many lessons to have and when, in order to give me the best chance at passing my test. He really does go the extra mile to help you pass and I can only recommend him wholeheartedly as a driving instructor.

Scott Reynolds was a great instructor, I highly recommend him to any learner, Scott is incredibly knowledgeable,was very friendly and created a calm environment allowing me to develop my confidence as a driver and passing my test.
Would 100% recommend to anyone.

I had a great experience learning to drive with Shafiq Hafeez. Thanks to his support, I was able to pass my driving test successfully. He is a very patient, calm, and professional instructor who explains everything clearly and makes you feel at ease behind the wheel.
Shafiq is excellent at identifying areas that need improvement and gives practical advice to help you progress quickly. His teaching style is structured yet flexible, adapting to your pace and confidence level. I always felt supported and encouraged, even when I made mistakes.

I passed first time this morning and that couldn’t have happened without Lewis Atkins. His patience, adaptive learning approaches (and of course his amazing sense of humour) all helped me to reach a strong driving confidence in time for my test. I couldn’t recommend Lewis more, and he is a true asset to the BSM team.

Nourddine is a great instructor who was patient, clear, and supportive throughout. Helped me build confidence, in order to pass my test, as well as complete Pass Plus. Would definitely recommend.

I'm having a really bad experience with BSM and I advice not to use this company. BSM made a mistake with my booking and after saying that they would refund me, they've been ignoring for 5 months now. I don't think I will get a refund and I have not only wasted my money but also my time. Stay away from this company.

My instructor Sameer Rashid is super friendly and calm. From the basic gear changes to road user interactions, he explains everything super well. He prepared you not just for your driving test, but as an independent driver who is capable to achknowledge and deal with all sorts of situations. I passed my practicals with just one minor easily on my first attempt!

I learnt to drive with BSM and my instructor, sameer was a professional, yet funny guy giving me the best experience possible. With his guidance, i was able to pass my test with only 5 minors. 10/10 instructor would 100% recommend

Andy Winter from BSM Driving is a phenomenal instructor; he actually cares about building your confidence and puts his own time and effort in – even on his days off – to help you practise when needed.

I came to Andy after having to find a new driving instructor with another company. I originally felt stuck and lacked confidence, but the difference was night and day from the very first lesson. While my previous experience felt rushed and stressful, Andy was incredibly calm, patient, and professional and helped me through my driving weaknesses and nerves.

He has a unique way of breaking down complex manoeuvres and road rules so they actually make sense to each individual. Thanks to his expert guidance, tailored teaching style, and consistent effort in me. I managed to go from feeling uncertain to passing my test in just 2 months of having lessons with Andy.

I honestly can’t recommend Andy enough—especially if you’ve had a bad experience elsewhere or struggle with driving nerves or exam anxiety. He doesn't just teach you how to pass a test; he teaches you how to be a confident and safe driver.
