Must say after contacting BT about broadband yesterday the service provided by their team was outstanding and have extensive praise for the people I dealt with to set up home broadband and TV

If i could give minus star review i would.
2 month since i signed contract for my elderly mother in law and still not completed.
excuse, after excuse....lie,lie, lie....for a communications company they are a disgrace...a banana republic third world communications supplier would be more competent .... and i just love it when they answer the phone and say " i will be your guide for today"...well they better get a dog because its a case of the blind leading the blind with this mickey taking company
A very low standard form of deceitful "journalism", which in large quantities make up phony headlines, by utilizing non significant happenings or observing unimportant trends on social media, and rephrasing them in general manors to make people believe something dramatic has taken place.
Fx a picture of the top scorer of the football league saying "Revelation: Says Goodbye Now" making you believe he is leaving his club, but the article is simply about how some of his teammates didn't get their contracts renewed yet, and therefor they might "say goodbye" to him. Meaning in reverse. Completely dishonest and should be banned.
They own all the landline infrastructure as well all of Plusnet and all of Openreach. They all have appalling disapproval ratings. They all have abysmal customer service and landline maintenance. They blame each other. The paper tiger Ofcom does nothing about the situation. There is of course Virgin etc but they appear to be no better. All use at least one year contracts so that if you move and it is no better you are snookered to use a more delicate phrase than the one I would like to use.
The whole thing needs savaging by a real regulatory authority with real teeth.
Took out by offer last year on a mobile phone contract. Part of the package was to receive a amazon gift card. Never received, have emailed them twice complaining and they have never had the courtesy to respond. They should not be allow to get away with promoting something where they don't fulfil what they are advertising. Next step OFCOM as no response to my formal complaint.
B T have no respect for its customers, I left them in Feb; 2018 because of poor service & increased prices , Broadband did not work properly & was not repaired ,I paid my final invoice in March , but now have been invoiced again in June 2018 £40 for as BT say is adjustments . Or as i think try to milk the last drop out of its customers, I have no intention of paying for something that i have not received

Moved into new property been waiting nearly 3 months for fibre, only given false promises, lies, and sympathy. I miss virgin media but sadly can't have it in my new area, this company along with who it works closely with "openreach" are terrible service providers, and people should steer clear if they want functioning internet or phone line, or any type of installation.
After over 2 months I still have not got the broadband I paid for. This company is so bad that I will never use them again. I have numerous text messages that promise delivery that never happens.
Their complaint procedure is ineffective and quite simply nobody owns the problem or offers to do anything about it.
I shall be switching provider at the earliest opportunity. In the meantime I would advise anyone thinking of using BT -Don’t.
Yet again, BT Business have made a complete mess of our business mobiles.
Due to THEIR mistake they cut our mobile 'phones off. This is due the BT not putting a credit onto our account!!!
When we rang they apologised and we were promised they would all be put back within 24 hours.
24 hours comes and goes and the mobiles were still not fully operational.
We rang and were told 4 hours.
4 hours came and went and they were still not fully operational.
We rang again and were told it would be done!
We are now 48 hours later and guess what? Mobiles are still not fully operational.
Why is acceptable for BT to do this to a business? We are paying for a service that they are happy to take the money for but not providing? Is this legal?
Our business has not been able to receive 'phone calls now for 3 days. BT say they help small businesses, how is this helping? Helping to destroy it maybe? And letting us pay for the privilege.
They haven't even offered any refund for the monies we have pa\id for the service they are NOT providing.
I have emailed the CEO's office, but judging by the bad reviews and lack of response from BT then I very much doubt they will do anything.
Just looking at the reviews and lack of response form BT shows they clearly have no interest in keeping their customers happy.
DISGRACEFUL. Unbelievable. Broadband stopped working. Carried out all remote checks and the home checks required by BT. Nothing. Phoned them they went through the same checks. Said it must be the wiring. Arranged for an Engineer for 2 days hence. We arranged it for between 1 and 6 pm. and was told the Engineer would call 1 hour beforehand. No Engineer turned up. Phoned BT to be told no visit had been booked! Another appointment was made for today again between 1 and 6 and we asked them that the Engineer text or call 5 minutes before his visit as we were in work 5 minutes away. Were absolutely assured this would be the case and in fact we phoned twice to make sure they had that arrangement noted which again they assured us they had. TODAY the Engineer turned up at 8.30 am with NO prior notice - we were not there although we had a friend there but they were in bed. He told the friend that he had tried to call us several times before arriving but that is a total lie since I have NO missed calls or texts to my phone. They simply could not care a damn - what is the point in making any specific arrangements with them since they just ignore them whilst telling you they will be adhered to!
BT Don't have a clue what they are doing!
I'm disabled and rely heavily on my Wlan for a lot including home automation to help with my disability. This automation allows me to live alone.
MY "smart" hub was installed in September. On Monday it crashed and took 4 HOURS to come back. An engineer was dispatched for Wednesday, had it not come back i would have had nothing for 48 hours!
Today it died again. For 30 minutes. I asked BT for a new hub. 3-5 working days! As far as BT are concerned shipping the hub is a fix.
It also transpired the engineer booked for Wednesday would not have had a hub with him.
On Monday I will be leaving BT.
Very very .........................low service and bad service
sales department , fault department etc talk is liars .
they are not responsibility for customers opinion .don't career customers satisfy.
I thought bt is good company but totally opposite .Very customers service is dodge, fraud ......
