Really bad, they removed my dress because of “something going wrong in the order” I ordered this dress two months in advance. The delivery takes 2 weeks. So MIND YOU they had one and a half month to correct their mistake and their customer service sucks so bad. The girl was so rude and didn’t reply until TWO weeks later. Which in their website it says they reply within 2-3 business days. Guess what it took 10 business days for this idiot to reply. Do not order from here unless ur ordering a year before prom or whatever. And thank you Bubbelroom for causing all this stress for my prom.

I had a great experience with my online order. Even thought I had to return bought item for personla reasons, the dress was good, the whole process to order and then to contact customer support, return the item and get fast refund was very smooth. It means I can trust Bubbleroom and will be happy to order in the future on their website.

The return process didn't work at first and they seemed to have forgotten the email. Nevertheless, after the second email everything was solved quickly and the money (including a fee to Klarna) was repaid in a few days.
It was a good jacket, but it was too big, so when you choose one, take a smaller size.

Am not having a good experience here
Cause I ordered last Christmas and now I got a mail saying I got too much discounts so I have to pay back cause there was a technical problem with my order when I said no that there wasn’t any issue, but am still getting mails from your customer support saying I have to pay this back in a separate account from where I have been paying my monthly payments. I honestly need to know what’s going on here.

I have been ordering from Bubbleroom for awhile, usually everything has been great and I have viewed the clothes to be really good for the price point they operate at.
Now, for the first time there was a problem, where one of the dresses had rip at the seam at arrival.
I did reklamation and received exellent customer service from Jenny and we quickly arrived at satisfactory conclusion on this matter.
Overall, I was left very happy and will continue to order from Bubbleroom.

Delayed delivery, no update on delivery for 3 days! So their delivery 1-3 days is a lie. 👎 Be aware od that. You might stay without your planned outfit.
Contacted the customer service and they don’t solve the problem, just give you the information you already have. Nobody takes responsibility for mistakes and that’s makes a very bad image.
At least a free of charge return would help to compensate the bad service, since the delayed package is not needed anymore.

Your size chart is mistake. I orderd bigger size (40) than my regular (38) and it's still too small. Your 40 is like 36 or smaller.

This company says that they have a 7 day policy to match a price to which I have sent an email 7 days after my purchase to their customer service which apparently doesn’t work. So they say to me that they don’t have my email so they can’t price match the dress that I bought for a higher price. They are liars and have a customer service agent who cannot deal with customer questions properly. Do not buy from them. They suck. I have pictures but unfortunately you cannot put it here.

I returned a coat and I paid for the return charge but after one month I received another invoice for administration charge and plus a reminder charge! So I paid 159 for a coat that I proved and returned!!!

the order for which I paid about 200 euros did not arrive. I wrote several emails asking about my order but never received any information. ‚They’re looking into it’ in few weeks now. Delivery company says they never received a package from Bubbleroom.
