People need to be aware of this..I signed up only a few days ago and soon realized that it's not for me. I requested a cancellation and deletion of my account.i have been told they will not send me any more marketing however by law they can and will keep hold of all my personal details for 6 years. Poor experience trying to withdraw a win
Agree with the other comments about this company.
They seem fine with you depositing money, but if you win and want to withdraw, they demand very invasive ID checks.
I was told by them that I cannot withdraw my winnings until the extra ID checks are done, including full copies of banking statements. This is after submitting ID to open the account and way beyond what other companies have asked me for, so was very surprising.
After a few days I managed to get my money out finally, and then they closed my account and sent me a note it was for responsible gaming reasons! Very sad that they would close your account for winning money and only want people losing on their site!
I would suggest people use other sites, who do not seem to have such problems with you winning.
