Terrible, a year plus after the drive was resin covered heard no more from them and the job is still not finished, and that’s after more than a year to get this far, not surprised they are not operating or in business.

I would not recommend Buffalo Driveway, especially Gary.

I paid £11,000 for a resin driveway that was supposed to last and came with a 10-year warranty. Unfortunately, the resin has been coming off, and the finish is already breaking down. You can literally brush off the resin with your hand — that’s how poorly it has been done. For the amount of money I spent, the workmanship is completely unacceptable.

What makes it worse is the lack of aftercare. I have contacted Gary multiple times about the issue. He keeps promising to come back and have a look, but he never shows up and never follows through. A warranty means nothing if the company refuses to honour it.

Very poor service, poor workmanship, and no accountability. I regret choosing this company and would strongly advise others to think carefully before spending their money here.

Honestly it's been a nightmare from deposit paid to job finished. Customer service is shocking non existence. Having to chase and look into legal advice to get job finished was stressful. Postive side now after approximately 21 weeks from deposit paid driveway complete and it's looking good. Couldn't be happier with the finish and look.
But if choose Buffalo Driveways you need to have the patience of a saint. Would I recommend them, with poor customer service, not really

I had a resin surface put down by this company in 2019. At first it looked good and it came with a 10 year guarantee. However, in March 2024, I reported to them that a crack had appeared in one corner. In spite of repeated emails and phone calls, I am still waiting 14 months later for someone to come and fix it. Meanwhile the fault is getting worse as one edge of the area now seems to be falling away.
