“Non-returnable” Item ordered broke open, flopping coins around in a cheap USPS bag, scratching and rim dinging nearly every coin during delayed delivery. Based on the dollar value of the product, this should have shipped securely in a box via Fed Ex like the packing list indicated so I would have received the perfect metals I ordered. I SPENT A LOT OF MONEY ON THIS ITEM, DISCOVERED IT’S NON-RETURNABLE, AND I AM PISSED!!

For the past few months I’ve been so excited about buying gold/silver. I did my own intensive research, and I finally decided to move forward. So, I called Bullion Trading to get further educated, and find out about their policies. After being on the phone with the associate for 4 min I can only find one word to describe their service, “TERRIBLE.” The associate was very rude and Impatient. Instead of educating me he hung up the phone. To all future buyers beware of dealers like this do your research and work with someone that understands customer service.
