Excellent from start to finish
From the initial contact everything went smoothly and happened as expected. Knowledgeable staff at every point.Engineer arrived to install charging point on time and kept me upto date and then helped me to set up the app and made sure I could connect it correctly and that the charging began. EV charger installation.
The charger that they specified was not sent, a different model was supplied, it should have been tethered and they sent an untethered one, this was replaced. The courier caused one full day and two half days waiting for delivery and they had to be contacted to confirm delivery. However, we were impressed that it only took one hour thirty minutes to conceal the power cable between our ceiling and floorboards in the hall. The two technicians were pleasant and professional and completed the job in under 4.5 hours and this was a non standard installation

The two lads did for the installers. I can’t say nothing at all. They were both great.
