A standard fast food order took 40 minutes

My son and I ordered standard Whoppers , fries and coke . Despite reminders it took 40 minutes to execute. The first time we said it was taking a time we were asked to talk to a colleague .It was the opposite of fast food. The order no was 495on Monday 6th July around 10 pm

Visited Burger King three weeks ago with a couple of friends, we tried different items from the menu. There’s a good amount of choice, burgers, chicken, sides, desserts, so everyone found something(as well as in other fastfood places). I went for a chicken burger this time, and it was fine, nothing to complain about. Portion size is good, you get full

But, overall experience felt a bit flat. Everything tastes predictable, like you’ve had it before, even if it’s a different item, the same and simple tasting that how I can describe it. Also presentation wasn’t great, food looked a bit rushed or cheap. it’s okay for fast food, just not something that feels fresh or exciting.

There is no point to attract you, like it's chicken stuff in KFC, for example.

You can eat something quickly in Burger King when you need it but it's not the place where I want to return every week, like McDonalds

Super fast-food

I came for lunch break to eat. I wait to pay at casa 15 minutes. Some girl came, she put 17.4 euro instead of 11.9. I have to take care for them not to steal. And she left to another casa. No respect at all for customers, they started to serve other clients that came after me. I tried to talk to the lady here, she didn't even care,she didn't look at me. I was here with a colleague, he already finish to eat,I didn't pay yet. I have asked for a complaint bookthey didn't want to provide. Not even the manager that came after 17 minutes...
So no food today because Burger King, I'm happy at least I'm off burger king.

Just now at Lyon Airport Burger King I had a bad experience apart from the staff being super slow and incompetent.... and having people waiting over 45 minutes waiting for the order, while they are having things prepare and getting cold, I got my order without fries, when I told the staff she told me twice I did not order and she just woke away...

I ordered from the menus which comes with drink and fries that I selected …

Now.. have I paid 12€ for 9 naggets and a 50cl bottle of water??

The food took 30mins to arrive burger was cold, the order was incomplete. When asked bout the coffee the server was rude brought out the 2 wrong coffees just slammed them on the table & walked off. I was asked by the others to stay quiet🤐 which I did. This is the one in la roche sur yon. I wouldn't say anything if it was busy but it was a quiet period. Better service in Mc Donald's. Burger King. We will not be visiting you again. You don't even Warrent 1 star. But I had to put it down so I could write this review. 😡

Watch out for their car chargers! That is a scam.

So on the 2nd of January, I was charging my car while eating in BK Orlean (Av. Georges Pompidou 5 Ingré). Burger King advertised that charging is either free of charge or affordable. No pricing was mentioned at the charging station. Their staff confirmed it.

I was surprised when it turned out that they put their charger on the map several hundred meters away from the actual location.

They took 43€ for 25Kwt. The expensive highway chargers were 2.5 times less expensive at the moment, and the Lidl charger 100 meters away - 5 times less.

Beware!

Never got the order write, avoid this application at all cost.

I do enjoy the whopper at this fast food joint and I am pleased with the cost.
