Exceptional service purchased a Rubi tile cutter ( which arrived on date specified which was nice) but the icing on the cake as far as service goes the above item that I had purchased was missing a cutting wheel.emailed customer service whom replied same day to let me know a replacement cutting wheel would be in the post for next day and so it was.can’t fault that for excellent service.
Highly recommend on that basis alone.( tile cutter is top level too)

No show on the delivery
I’ve got to say that the item itself is great, great quality not bad price. The thing is they cocked the delivery up! I had a notification from the courier that the order had been delivered but the item (lawn edging shears) were missing from our address. To cut a very long story short the warehouse had put the wrong address number on the delivery note and when I first rang the girl on the phone admitted to it. However when I rang back to have a little rant ( it was very hot) the guy who answered could not have been less interested. So it’s 3 stars fromme

It was myself that you spoke to about this. If I can recall it was about the courier that had delivered this your neighbour across the street and left it unsigned for behind a caravan? I am sorry if I gave you the impression that I was disinterested. I can assure you that's far from the case. I feel the same frustration as if it was my own personal item being delivered to myself. I can only apologise for the warehouse selecting the incorrect address when they created the label, that's on us and sadly a mistake. We keep records of errors so if it was common, we can be proactive on preventing this happening again. With the DX issue, I do not stand for drivers leaving goods unattended, even if they think they're doing the right thing. They don't know how much an item is worth and things can be easily stolen. I have a spreadsheet logging delivery issues and report this to our rep. Sorry again for the hassle caused with this delivery. If you need anything else, please do get in touch.

Keep tracking delivery
The product is perfect but the delivery is not. At warehouse they put no.9 instead of no.21. How can anyone get those 2 numbers mixed up? So paid for next day delivery but got it 2 days later . Had to ring up to sort it.

Products are great the packaging not so great.
Products are great, Bahvio gardening tools. And were sent out efficiently. I'm taking off one star as the packaging wasn't too good . The grass shears.had there blades hanging out of the bottom of the box and their handles had made two holes through the top of the box. They should of at least had bubble wrap and card around the blades.

The price of the tool was competitive and included free P&P which was delivered the next day. Much better than another company that showed a confusing note suggesting free delivery which it would not have been. I would you this firm again. Well done.
