Purchased a costume Robe, mask, & accessory included. Received costume. Only the robe was present. Called cust service 5 star first time. Said missing items would be sent out. Just a second robe arrived. Still no mask & no accessory. Called again, cust service 4 star. She got a little short. As soon as I explained the items were still missing she immediately issued a refund. I didn't want a refund I want the items! I used to purchase costumes from here often for many occasions. They have not been awesome the past few years.

Love, love, love my witch boots!! I'm a size 8, and these fit great!! True to size. Comfortable, even with a 2" heel.

Disappointed received most of my items which were fine, however the one item did not come even though it was in the invoice in the package. Had to email to ask about it to find out the item is out of stock and they could only get me a refund. Glad to get a refund but would have been better to know before that it was out of stock and not have to email about it. Someone knew in shipping so should have been informed before I got the package.

The web site was easy to navigate and had a wide selection of costumes. We got a new blue butterfly costume in a larger size than one we had before that our granddaughters loved (but outgrew). We also got a fairy princess dress that has a skirt that flashes like a lightning bug. It's so cute!

Service because of a mailing glitch and they got right back to me and my shipment arrived the next day. Really cute dress.

I had tried to return my costume for a refund and I did it within the designated mailed post mark date and still have no received a refund for a costume that didn’t fit.

One item I wanted showed it was shipped and on the invoice but was not in my package. When I asked they said it was out of stock and that they would refund. Wish I knew that earlier. Better idea of in stock items would be great. Very disappointing when you look forward to getting a prop and it doesn't come.

I ordered three items which were on the invoice:

1 roar 20s beige shawl
1 Sandy speak easy flapper adult black (_which I did not receive). instead I was sent a child's Amelia Earhart costume.
I would like to be reimbursed for the black flapper dress I was not sent

Perfect! Idk why this website has so many bad reviews. I paid extra for my costume to come by a certain date and it came a day early! And it’s a great quality costume! I have no complaints!
