Horrible service and they bang on about how great their customer service is and how they check emails and messages daily when in reality their customer service is non existent
I placed an order with this company 4 days ago and paid for the goods online. I received an order number and a statement saying I would receive an email from them, which I haven't. I emailed them 2 days ago - no reply. I telephoned this morning and left a voice message. Still no reply. I was left wondering if this company even existed! Then the goods arrived this afternoon, so this is an edited version of my previous review. Great service, very poor communication!
