No respons at all! Contacted customer support with a broken husqvarna lawnmower ( 3 hours of runtime) to return it. No respons at all called after 5 days... they said they would get back fast.. now it has been 10 days and i had to buy a new lawn mover from another company because of tics kn the lawn so i cant wait all summer for a reoky and help. Order for 30.000 SEK (paid instantly), as on the webpages it was all on-stock, with 2-5 days delivery, afterwards after 5 days, no delivery and after talking to Customerservice 4 times, they gave me a delivery date 2 month out.....what a joke of a company, I cannot recommend purchasing anything from them again.....going back to Hornbach....

Lesson learned: Never order from a company that doesnt provide phone number to contact their service.
I have ordered a dish washer and the delivery time was shown as 2-5 working days, but then the deliver is happening after 8 days. I have requested for installation as well but it seems that is going to take several unknown days. I have no way to talk to the customer service and the only way is via email which the response is not even once per day. So, I am basically stuck with the order, cannot cancel and cannot get the benefit of the product. I dont recommend this to anyone.

UPDATE: i was asked to take this review down because Bygghemma says that I have written about the wrong company. This is not factual:
It was Bygghemma.se that DHL has worked with on my order. It looks like bygghemma.se has made an error where they shipped my order via DHL freight, which is an entity used for businesses and not regular customers. Therfore, it is due to the incompetency of both bygghemma.se and bygghjemme.no that this happened as the two are clearly related and the item shipped from them in Sweden.
I placed an order for some tile on the 13th of May. On the 15th it said the order had successfully arrived in Oslo. Then I got the message that it was delayed in Oslo without an explanation. I contacted Bygghemma three times to find out what was going on. It is now the 27th of May and it's still sitting in Oslo. I had workers here working on my kitchen who were waiting on the tile. They had to move on to another project and I'm sitting here with no tile, and no one to put it up if it ever does arrive. I have asked for a refund but didn't get a response. I am really frustrated and disappointed.

No delivery - No Customer Support
Ordered a shower wall on the 13th of March 2026. Delivery time was set to 4-6 weeks. Now more than two months later I have no shower wall. No answers to my very polite mails in two weeks.

Awful service. They lie about stock on their website then email you after taking your money to say there are many weeks of delays on orders. Customer service doesn't reply to emails. No compensation or even a sorry. Wont buy from again.

Very professional and quick advice, both advantages and disadvantages of certain products relating to our requirements.
Outside furniture that it's impossible to mount. Wrong pices.
I received a outside furniture that it's not possible to mount, review the manual and follow step by step but can't mount as manual it's saying. I opened a support case and no one replied me. I sent pictures, manual, all the pieces that was wrong and continue without one answer. I can't find the support number to call. I already by the product and can't use it and no one can solve my issue. It's really sad. Now I have 3 support cases and 0 replies. Both I sent the pictures. Please need a solution ASAP, I paid for something that I can't use it.

There is no return policy in the company. 14 days right of return is a big joke. They will force so many unnecessary questions towards you that you will end up saying I keep the broken stuff. There is no telephone contact for the Claims department who handles the return. So, basically buyer is on the mercy of someone who might take forever to assess your case. Ordered a product which is received as defected and now I need to prove by making videos that the product is broken. This too after chasing them for more than a week.

It appears that this website may either be a scam or functioning as a 3rd party solicitor. It has now been a month, 2 weeks, and 5days since we placed our order for a sofa. And we have yet to receive any updates regarding its delivery status. Despite numerous attempts to reach out to the customer care service, they have stopped responding to our calls. By next Monday, I plan to contact the financing bank SVEA to inquire whether the funds have been transferred to them. It's incredibly frustrating to be left in the dark with no update delivery and responses to calls.

The worst customer service I've ever experienced.
I purchased a Gustavsberg sink and drawer unit October 2024. Within less than a year the unit had started deteriorating due to clear moisture and humidity damage, and showed the product as being made from cheap, clearly untreated MDF - something that the unit is advertised as being resistant to. For context my previous bathroom unit not purchased from Bygghemma or Gustavsberg lasted 10+ years with no damage and replaced for aesthetic reasons only.
When I then enquired about the state of my unit, I was then lead down a path where I would encounter excuse after excuse, process after process in order to deflect from Bygghemma/Gustavsberg's poor products and false advertising as much as humanly possible.
First "it needs proper care" - we had cared for the unit according to the manufacturer's guidelines as well as those who installed it; "it wasn't installed by us" - this is beyond common and not even worth arguing; "it isn't actually moisture resistant" - it's a bathroom unit and advertised clearly on the website, otherwise why would I buy something not fit for purpose. I was demanded to provide evidence of where it was installed so Bygghemma could pull out their corporate jargon (which it is not available to the general public whatsoever) "installed in wet zone 1", meaning unless you have access to Bygghemma's internal notes, you would have no idea you are even installing it in a place they see as wrong. When you also live in a apartment with a small bathroom, and buy the smallest unit possible your choices are then also limited.
When quizzed on this, it was then finally deflected to being in contravention to the manufacturer's warranty terms, which again are not available anywhere and still two weeks later have not been given to me to review.
At this stage, I do not see any type of resolution in sight, never mind receiving a simple "sorry for your experience" which seems like Customer Service 101. A really, really bad experience from start to finish. Of course, I won't be buying from Bygghemma or any Gustavsberg products again. Good thing for us is that there are plenty of alternatives out there.

After making an order no confirmation…
After making an order no confirmation or what else.
No receipe for what I bought.
After I send a mail about this it take over een week to get an answer and they wrote me that they try to send the confirmation and receip but I never receive that.
Strange because I receive the weekly news at that email address.
This is not how you treath customers so I remove my self from the mailing list.
In the mean while I receive what I ordered.
All as expected and quick delivery.
Poor customer service and misleading information on website
Delivered wrong product in one case and had false information about another product on the website (scam?). Getting a refund was problematic and took alot of effort and time. Also got no compensation for having help carrying the 200 kg product in and then out of the house. Neither for all the timeloss in my project.
Cannot recommend based on my experience
I have shopped at Bygghemma a couple of times, and there is always a problem. Products arrive damaged, or the delivery date is delayed again and again. While customer support is responsive and willing to help, the overall experience is consistently poor.

Bought a bathtub from them
Bought a bathtub from them, the front panel is detachable and I have only opened it around 6 times maximum within the 3 years i owned it.
The front panel cracked where the bathtub has clips to hold it, so i emailed them asking for a replacement, being aware that the bathtub front cracked about a month or two after the 3 year warranty mark expired. I asked for pricing for a new front panel and they just sent me an automated response saying the bathtub is not under warranty because it expired at the 3 year mark and its not their problem basically, I do not have a right to complain.
What a shitty way to approach this situation.
The bathtub front was only opened about 6 times within 3 years, so clearly they have a structural problem with their front panel, but even so, i asked for help to buy the part, since i dont wish to replace the entire bathtub.
They need better staff in customer support, wont be buying again from them.

Warning! They use only 2 weeks for return
They use only 2 weeks for return and I missed with one day due to validate the product at another location.
I explained my situation but absolutely no understanding from the company. I have bought a lot from them and this was my first time I needed to return anything but apparently customer care is not on top of their priorities
