Steak being served and sold as 150 gramm not even close to it. 2 Medium steak comes one well done one Medium. Sauce coming from the ready bucket. Burger are over boiled over cooked. Salty house fries...

Great place and food but pricey. So i only gave 4 stars. Maybe they can consider a little discount.

The worst place I ever visited
The worst place I ever visited. I have been to many countries and never experiened such a poor service. Our pre- drinks arrived 40 minutes after the main course. The manager was insulting and just told me to wait ” he had to deal with customers”. Dont go here.

Probably the worst experience at a restaurant
ever. It was like being on candid camera. Food arrived but no drinks. When asked about the drinks the manager told us he had more customers to take care of. He informed us that he had 30 years of experience of running a restaurant. He had absolutely no control of what was happening, or not happening. His service mind approach made former Eastern Europe service staff to look like Florence Nightengale. Drinks arrived when we were done with the food and then nicely spilled all over our table, food and phones.
This restaurant needs a manager that is capable of managing a restaurant. The staff, most of them new, tried to save the situation but without any success . A total disaster.

I am giving 3 stars because I really enjoy the atmosphere and the food quality. However, the fact that the customer needs to pay quite a price for a beer and food, I never saw the point of why I should pay so much unless I get service in return. What I mean is, since they have the new policy of ordering via app or ordering by going to the bar and even getting your drinks by yourself, the price did not change. I believe one goes to a restaurant to experience not only food but also to get attention as a customer. Maybe the idea of saving on staff on the back of customers' pocket was not the best.
