Good experience, very nice camping trailer, well-maintened, nice personnel. But there was no heating (webasto not functional), so it was cold in the night - warning for the custmers in spring and fall to bring own heating device.

We have been vacationing in Gebetsroiter mobile homes for many years, we like them.
But I didn't want to write a comment about our vacation last year, because we have mixed experiences.
We rented two mobile homes, and our most important request was that the two houses be next to each other. We arrived with a 2-year-old child, so it was important for us to be close to each other when putting the child to sleep.
Upon our arrival, we found that the two houses were separated by 3 streets. Neither the local staff nor a long phone call to customer service could or wanted to solve the situation.
Our situation was very difficult, so we said that this would be our last Gebetsroiter vacation.
However, the quality of the places and the facilities this year also try to make up for this mistake.

We had a fantastic holiday at the Gebetsroither bungalows in Sant’Angelo Village. From the very beginning, everything was perfect, and we truly felt at home during our stay. Hedwig and Steve were incredibly kind, warm, and always helpful — their hospitality made a big difference for us.

We would also like to sincerely thank Alex from the Gebetsroither reservation team for his great support and friendliness throughout the booking process.

We were so happy with our experience that we have already booked again for this year. From now on, Gebetsroither will be our first and only choice for holiday bookings.

The price performance isn’t well. Too expensive to what is offered. The location is fabulous, however internet was not working and we needed 5 days to get it work.
In addition to this, this survey is in German only although you accept guest from non German speaking countries.

This was our second holiday with you in Cikat. Vlado was very helpful again, available when needed. Caravan was clean, well-equipped. suggestion: the camping table and armchairs could be better quality.

I have been going to the Bunculuka campsite for several years in a row, and the facilities of the caravans are becoming outdated without proper maintenance. Broken handles, broken furniture, torn curtains, torn refrigerator doors. You need to pay more attention to maintenance, otherwise you will lose customers. This year, I am considering using a different travel agency.

Boris, as always was very kind. We liked the campsite very much. The house was clean and we liked it very much staying there.

The mobile homes are spacious, clean, and nicely arranged, with large terraces. The staff is excellent, and communication via email is outstanding. I have no complaints at all – everything was perfect. Highly recommended.

Baska Beach Resort is fantastic but we had a terrible experience with the Gebetsroither Caravan of Gebetsroither International Caravan Rent. There were plactic pallets on the ground because of a whole in groundsheet, curtains were missing, water was not working, parts of caravan bathroom were broken and door system was broken of the caravan bathroom. The guy from Gebetsroither did not take is seriously and told us to go else were for water denying our problems. Electricity does not work from time to time. We needed to wait a long time before response from Gebetsroither staff. Baska Beach resort should remove these terribly serviced, low quality caravan from the campsite.
