The CanaDream team provided outstanding service, especially during the period when we had damage to the vehicle. The team helped us exceptionally well and we wanted to be supported at all times and never left alone. Regarding the RV: With the exception of the driver and passenger seats, the vehicle is very clean. A great size for two people. Very well-powered! Everything on the car worked perfectly. The only drawback is the kitchen equipment(cookware, dishes, glasses, and cutlery) which is very basic. The "additional package" of personal equipment and "kitchen equipment" left something to be desired. There's a risk of burns from the hot pot handles and the pan; unfortunately, this warrants a point deduction, as everything else is otherwise fine. Thx and kind regards Frank

Great RV and easy to operate. The check out process took more than an hour and felt extreme slow. Returning was smooth and there was a great communication with the staff. The mattress was a bit worn and left us sleeping in the middle and the knife set were cheap and would bend when cutting. All in all a great experience though.

This was the RV we Booked But it was not the one we were supplied with. the One we had was a Compact Motorhome, that slept up to six people. As there was only the two of us, this was far too big and the over cab beds were not required and was a wasted space, also with this over cab configuration, the view of the scenery as we traveled was some what obscured. I believe that the shape of this vehicle affected the fuel economy which was not very good at all.

Smelt mouldy inside had multiple leaks shower leaked toilet leaked. There was a leak above the front and passenger seat from the windshield. The headliner had a big water stain on it. Split mattresses are uncomfortable. Craftsmanship was breaking, ripping apart and poorly caulked back together.
