Canva provides a highly efficient user experience for creating professional visuals through its functional drag-and-drop interface. The platform includes an extensive library of pre-made templates, stock photography, and diverse font options that simplify the design process for users of all skill levels. Its integrated AI features and real-time collaboration tools improve productivity by allowing multiple people to edit documents simultaneously. refund received without questions in 2 days!

Although I had in mind just to use Canva during the (free) trial period, my debit card was debited 2 times (as I forgot to cancel the subscription), I requested the refund through the AI bot, and I was very nicely surprised to get a refund for both 2 months, without any questions! Therefore, I appreciate their approach and pro-activeness very much! Recommend them!

4 Star Review

It is so nice to be able to locked and unlock your text and images. I previously wrote my manuscripts in Word, then pasted my artwork into the manuscript. It was a nightmare to do, because there were hidden text codes. The margins, fonts, and spacing would move around when artwork was added or revisions were made.
So I love that I was able to create my project and upload it with minimal difficulties. The reason I did not give it a 5 star rating is because I do get frustrated with the fact that when creating a story with AI illustrations, I don't always get the same character (even when a reference illustration was uploaded) to complete the project.

Design

I am able to make designs that I love in a short amount of time. There are many features that are really helpful to me and my work. Ai is one of them the limit slows down my work setting me back a month, when it renews.

Not Bad

It is pretty good for like posters and projects like that but it has limited resources because you have to subscribe to premium to get the best quality with all the best feautures and projects. I did like however, the fact that you could upload your own personal photos and can use Magic Media without having to pay. Accessibility is also nice. BTW THIS IS A GENIUNE EXPERIANCE as a student using Canva for projects

Excellent program

Canva is a great creative program. I have used Canva to write and self publish 5 childrens books. I a not an illustrator and the tools for illustration have improved dramatically from book 1 to now incorporating AI. I would give it 5stars if the education to use learn and master the tools were better.

A Professional Nightmare: Subscription Traps and Catastrophic Data Loss

I am absolutely appalled by Canva’s recent shift from a creative partner to what feels like a predatory subscription trap. Our organization Teams Plan did not renew and only to be met with a recurring "loop" of technical failures, lack pf communication planning. The system immediately reverts to showing "Upgrade to Teams" prompts, as if the request was never processed yet the access remains in a state of limbo. When upgrading to team, shows as business and then when you choose Pro it auto choose Canva teams which they say is depreciated. I had a long thread and when asked to investigate they came back with AI response and did not address the core issue or reinstate.

The most critical failure, however, is the loss of business content. As a professional organization, we expect data integrity. Instead, we found that upon attempting to transition or cancel, years of brand assets, templates, and collaborative projects will become inaccessible. This isn't just a "glitch"; it is a catastrophic failure of service for any serious business.

It appears Canva has prioritized aggressive "forced migrations" and convoluted pricing changes over basic user support and data security. To have a "professional" tool hold your work hostage or lose it entirely during a standard billing change is unacceptable.

If you are a business owner or a creative professional, beware. Their support is largely unhelpful AI that talks in circles, and their systems are designed to make leaving as difficult and damaging as possible. We are now looking for alternatives that actually respect user data and professional ethics. Total lack of integrity and least expected from Canva.

Canva infant AI wont let me move files of my book onto KDP after all the hours I put in, simply because it won’t import the right three letters after the file name.

Thank You Canva!

Canva is really straightforward to use, and I love the different styles I'm able to use. Whenever I'm stuck, I ask the Canva AI, which helps me so much. I'd like to thank the people behind this amazing app, and I hope to continue seeing great updates! :)

Pretty useless as a writing tool if you don't pay for Pro, or the extra content that makes Canva different from other free documents like Word and Google Docs, like elements are extremely restricted. The inclusion of new AI writing tools 'magic write' also makes this inappropriate for high school students and below.

Canva is very versatile

Canva is very versatile. I love that I can add my own creativity to templates as well as start with a blank canvas and come up with my own ideas. I've used canva to make presentations, book covers, announcements and I've used Canva AI to create characters for stories. There's so much I can do with Canva.

Great Product for the Price!

Coming from the graphics industry and having knowledge and skills in Adobe products, I am a bit spoiled. Unfortunately Adobe has priced me out now that I work for non-profit churches. Canva is a great, affordable alternative for making digital newsletters, websites, etc. I still have a lot to learn about what Canva can do. However, I am giving it a three because it does seem to make several things difficult like making a chart, sizing an image, and it doesn’t support tabs. Those things seem basic to me. I also find that the ai support is not up to date with answers and I either figure things out myself or have to take to the internet. All that said, I am pleased overall and I am happy to have it. I trust that it will keep improving.
