If this product paywalls after the 3rd basic use, standard basic functions (adding plain text) do NOT remain free, as stated in several searches about the issue. They are temporarily available per use, and this should be readily available rather than misleading information. I have plenty of open-source software just thought I'd use Canva in browser situationally and probably never will again. Meme generators do better with this y'all, it's unprofessional at best and at worst an AI shill.

Enhance the ai feature in terms of editing photos

I appreciated that person from IT contacting me. Using the AI assistant gets old, and it doesn't always address what you're actually asking

The ai used money, but i could past images in the text box.

I liked using Canva to help create my document. It was somewhat difficult using tools for my first time there however AI helped me out finding where to find what I needed.

Ai repeatedly makes too many mistakes for my paid upgrade. Can be useful at times however ChatGPT is quicker and gets it right. I’m not impressed with canva for what I need.

Could not be happier with the end result. As someone who is completely tech-illiterate, I was terrified at the start of the process. But using the AI feature overtime I slowly managed to get my design almost EXACTLY how I wanted it. Canva team memebers then helped me figure out how to see what my designs would look like and navigate through the printing process. Within a few hours my design was ready and I got it earlier than even anticipated (by a full day). Excellent product! I was worried the heavy images would be clunky and stiff, not at all. Nice and lightweight. Exactly as it appeared in the mockup. Thrilled. This t-shirt is for a once in a lifetime trip to the Jackpot primetime taping week of the Price is Right, so a big shoutout to the Canva team for all their help and wish me luck!

I use Canva in my everyday life, not only for work but for personal and professional flyers, documents, agendas, resume's and so much more! I've entered a world that I didn't know existed, the collaborations, AI is my best friend and having a system that is user friendly makes this the best product out on the market today!!!

I love Canva, it is very calm , and made me love it. I really appreciate it. But one issue, the AI code, it needs to be better at coding things, I still really like it though,

good design. just a request if you could allow at least 2 free options in each feature it will help to understand what the features are and how it can be used as canva is compatible with every AI

I was late to cancel my trial for canva pro and talked with the AI help chatbot on their website. It got me to the page I needed to submit a help request and I had received a response and a refund literally within 30 seconds. This is an awesome use of AI!

They said they would refund me as a one-time courtesy, which I appreciated. And they even canceled my membership for me.

Big fan of Canva and this experience made me even more of one.

I love Canva because it is an AI integrated editor for all kinds of things.

A lot more than I expected. AI used very well. One stop shop for small business trying to have a marketing campaign with no clue how to do it.

I ordered invitations from Canva but realized a mistake in my order. Though the confirmation email said that I could cancel within 2 hours of placing the order, the cancellation link was not working during this time despite multiple, multiple attempts. There was NO phone number or email address to discuss this with customer service, just an AI bot that kept trying to take me back to the broken link. WILL NEVER USE AGAIN.

It's a really easy to design platform and I hope they will expand to more than just 2d designs.
Maybe in pixel arts or 3D designs too.

But even at the current functionality I just have gratefulness.
I wish I could buy the premium, but I am still financially dependent but even of free tier I am able to make satisfactory designs.
Nothing more I can ask for.

The only thing I hate is inclusion of AI features because they never seem to be any helpful and manual designing is best. Maybe ai features are helpful for professionals but for me, it was not a kind experience, instead I like the old way, and I am grateful that they didn't replace anything with AI features and only added it as an extra feature

So easy to use! It is very simple to get started and you can use the ai for free. I would make the coding apps so that you can use Ai but you can also do a lot manually.

You can't let customers pay the cost of mistakes that your AI support makes. NOT COOL
