Being an ai, Canva products can be produced by prompts. Thus, a wonderful and versatile tool for visuals

Firstly, when I tried to have AI process a FAMILY PHOTO OPENING CHRISTMAS PRESENTS, I was told that it could not proceed because it violated some crazy policy.
Secondly, when I tried a different picture, I could not find any way of saving the result.
Thirdly, navigating through this program is not very friendly.
As a result, I will be unloading this program from my desktop computer.

AI just doesnt work very well. Continually making changes not requested instead of making changes asked for. Deleted my account after 4 hours trying to create a new logo for my company. It had me wanting to smash my PC. Completely frustrating.

Used the AI to merge short videos into one. Using it was simpler than i had anticipated. The results amazing.

I don't like how I have to pay for unlimited AI and how I have to be pay for special stuff. Other than that, I love Canva! I use it to make cards, flyers, and even slideshows!

I like the variety of formats and designs you can pick from for advertising. I also LOVE the AI feature that helps you create your design.

Its was really nice but they should make it that everyone gets premium or someones we can't access good designs and more free AI use

If you have never used Ai before you are in for a treat. It is amazing and lots of fun.As you interact with a machine you have a conversation as if it were a real person. You have an idea for a design but you don't exactly know how to go about beginning. With prompts from Ai and intention on your mind your ideas are implemented and refined to your satisfaction. In no time you have a design product that you have created with the help of Ai.The skill on your part is clearly and persistently to use definitive words that accurately describe all aspects of what you want your design to look like.

After I finished and was satisfied with the folded card that Ai and I created I proceeded to submit it to the printing department of Canva. There were many choices of orientations, fonts, paper qualities to consider. It turned out to be a difficult task for me to understand all of the directions, prices, copies that I needed but I persisted and came up with the amount of cards, style, cardstock that I wanted. The process was started and I received many e-mail confirmations as to the delivery and payment schedules with invoices and intended delivery dates. The cards came in a very timely way but when I opened the box there was a very big printing mistake that consisted of a misalignment of pictures and text so that the cards could not be used as intended. I was disappointed, of course, but I persisted in contacting the HELP department at Canva. We had many e-mail conversations about the problem. They explained in detail what went wrong and gave me information that would help me in my next project. Canva graciously refunded the money I had spent on that portion of my project. In retrospect, I realize that I bit off more than I could chew. The Canva program is very complex and if you are not a graphic designer it would be a good idea to take one of the many courses that they offer.Also being an experienced computer user would help with the format and structure of the Canva app. I didn't grow up with computers but I am fascinated with their capability and I want to learn.
The bottom line is Canva is a very good company that treats their customers with respect and help. They accommodated my needs and were fair in taking responsibility for their share of the problem. I will continue to use their services and learn about design elements.Designing with Canva is very satisfying for those of us who are not in business but are interested in the creative process.

It was easy to make my TCG in Canva, the problem is that the AI limit exists and most of the Canva premium features are already free websites, also Canva AI couldn't do simple tasks like making an image taller. I also honestly have no idea when I last used Canva but it was this month, waiting for the AI limit to reset. Also, I was told, by Canva, to leave a review, they never said what kind of review or sent money(partially because they don't have my non-existent bank account), they just told me to review so I did.

The AI limit was terrible, along with the background removal function not being available. Canva use is too limited without the membership...

your email support is terrible! Multiple agents answering and treat first time user like an expert on Canva. Don't understand the question and act like they didn't even read it. I will NEVER use email support again. i will fumble my way with Grok AI, look for utube videos or find someone who knows how to use this dam program. I'm sure it's good, it would just take a few minutes talking to a human to get that initial understanding of how to use it rather than hours of my time fumbling through emails, waiting for another non response. You must send your tickets to foreign countries!

I loved the AI feature. I make 3D illusion laser engraving. I can completely build my projects in Cava

The ease of use and the magic it helped me perform was invaluable

It is a great place to make presentaitions and has a clever ai too accompany you could have a stronger ai though

I’m new to Canva. I have been able to create a beautiful book for my father’s 90th birthday. Recipe cards and dividers that look professional and a few other projects. I like the AI assistant and I’m learning more about the features. 5🌟

I was doing a project at school, I only had 10 minutes to do it, so I went on canvas and got it done within 10 mins!!

As a New User, I found Canva to be easy to use.
I even used the AI feature to help buils a Presentation!

I trialed this software for my workplace and was finally given the go ahead to purchase the program. Unfortunately my personal paypal was linked to my account from previous times where I was personally using the software so this time when I went to pay instead of giving me the option to enter my workplace card details it just automatically took from my paypal. I immediately contacted them and they kept sending me some Ai generated bull response, today I have had someone reach out and tell me basically too bad, they wont refund me so I can pay with the work card which means I am now personally out of pocket, as a mother on maternity leave who is just getting back in to the workplace on very minimal hours they have taken my money that I need to use towards my baby and have further put me in financial hardship. Disgusting mob who I will never ever use again.

The AI was really good and there are many designs and elements that make the presentation good.
