My experience with Canva was great because it was so easy to use and even has a helpful AI bot to guide you through the designing process. I would 100% recommend Premium Canva as it comes with stylish fonts and unlimited elements!

horrible app, filled with pay to access and you cant even do most of the things you should be able to with or without premium.

I love how there is a free option but I think there is way to many elements and audio that you have to pay for. I think someone using Canva for free should also get more ai credits. But in general I think using Canva is a great experience and I really recommend!!

for a non designer profile it helped me with ideas however tried the AI and it didn't provide what I was expecting, often needed to create new chats so the AI completed what I was requesting

The support was like the robot was sending the messages, I sure its normal but still, sending me the same email that I should answer in 1-2 days or my case will be closed, I answered quickly but the answer was same that they are sorry and etc. I neede an answer that they will work on that option to work properly , I mean the option of magic grab, otherwise whats a point to have it at all.

I liked the the ai but I didn't like how you could only be able to use a certain amount of it because you had to buy it but who wants to but ai when it could be free i would rather have to pay for something else but overall it is pretty good.

Canva have been my best teacher and guide towards designs and graphics. Without any charges, I owe Canva a great but not to mention now.
Every other AI apps never performed like Canva.
Other AI apps are out for money making without any real FREE TRIAL to encourage and educate a little before asking for money. But here Canva have developed me without any charges and if Canva will henceforth demand any little charges, I will never doubt to participate because they have won my interest. But I pray any charges to will be from next year 2027.
Then I am no longer learning but I will be utilizing my works.
God bless Canva. For training me online with zero knowledge and now I have the understanding.

Love Canva, I have been using it for the the past years on Pro Version and has helped me a lot. However I saw a while ago that you could connect your Canva with other AI such as ChatGPT or Claude AI to create better presentations. Guess what it never works. Both AI tools shows you a first error that Canva could not genearte the file for you because you have a free version which I do not and later a second error showing that your token has expired asking you to refresh the link which again does not give a solution. It just keeps you into a loop for no reason. At this point I gave up.

It was hard to use. Attempted to remove certain items but it just messes up the picture. Magic eraser does not work properly. Glad it was a free trial, not something I would want to purchase, did not work for what I needed.

Canva's customer service and support is absolutely
incredible. In a day and age of AI and bots the fact they have actual people who help you is amazing .

I am not new to Canva. I am a crafter, and make various homemade goods. I've been sick and hadn't used it in a while. Well, I told my family that I would make the Obituary for my Cousin who passed last week. Well, I'm not going to get into all of the stuff that happened. But I decided to Go to CHATGPT to make it. I had never made one in AI and I had the free one, so I thought I'd take a shot. Bad idea. I made a lovely trifold funeral program for my family. Problem was it was like pulling teeth to get all the info I needed. This has went on for the last 4 days. Anyway, because my family was slow getting me the info, every time I made a change to it, I thought nothing of it. When it was finally time to do the reveal, I had only had 5 reveals, and some I didn't ask for, It was a beautifully created program. One major problem, though, All of the pictures in it were AI. So I told it to put the pics back to normal. It told me to send them again. We did this 3 times and the photos were getting more and more younger. My 70 cousin, was looking air brushed and fabulously 30. I screamed because at this point, it was about 3 a.m. this morning. I tried and tried to go to different sites for help. I had came to Canva, but didn't notice that it had its own "AI". So, at first I asked it to see if it could copy the image, but they were locked in and could not be changed. So I left, cried for about 2 hrs, because my family was ready to shun me, then I came back to Canva. I asked it to make me something new and as similar as possible to the CHATGPT image. It told me that it could do that! And that's exactly what it did. Every time I made a change, it was happy to accomodate me. Why am I telling you all this long story? Because I know only crafters or business people care about these things. I saw a question that someone asked, is it worth it? My answer which might not carry any weight with any of you, would be Hell Yes!!! to the 10th power. It saved me and I was able to beat the deadline of the Funeral home's printing service. It was beautiful and it was very similar but not like it. It was dignified and I even came back later right before I turned it over for to major bloopers like my Cousin's son who had passed and he was cropped out of the picture. It made the change and told me to look it over and see if there was anything else. My cousin who will be laid to rest day after tomorrow will have the trifold funeral program he deserved. Canva is very much worth it. Love to all.

I am new to Canva and am loving making flyers for our community events. I am not computer savvy at all, and love that between chat, and the Ai feature I am getting projects done with no frustrations. With time, I hope my stuff will look better, but we've been happy so far.

The AI (ask canva) was not helpful, it said it did an action i asked but it never did it, but overall canva is fun thats where i upload my youtube vidoes to edit them!

The representative who helped me in zoom call 6/8/2026 was patient and helpful. It took far too long to get to a human being. The solution to my problem was simple, but the bots were unable to explain clearly. 25 email exchanges to get to a real person! Also troubling: Canva's clumsy "save" process and lack of a clear, easy to use "save as" function. I mentioned these concerns to "Len," who said he would pass them along. 1) Visible name of project currently being worked on; 2) visible way on the screen to close one project and open another without the second overwriting the first; 3) "save as" function that allows easy renaming and saving as a new document without losing the original. None of this is easy in Canva now.

It sucks. Ai sucks.
