My experience was great because it had a lot of templates and creative ideas like All About Me that Canva AI made for me, but I really wish their was less premium templates because they are all really nice.

I love how you can use AI to generate photos and even desine your own posters and others

Wouldn’t give me a refund and doesn’t help with issues as Canva only uses AI bots and you don’t have access to a real person. They just like to take peoples money

Pretty user friendly. Although I am still learning. I especially like the AI Attachment app with Chatgpt

so helpful I had ai help and than I did the rest so simple and good for businesses or just if you want to photoshop something

I really regret switching over to Canva, as it's been an extremely frustrating experience. The program makes it difficult to do the most basic things, and the AI is some of the most awful I have encountered anywhere, and that is a low bar. It is unable to understand the most basic of commands, to the point it feels as if I am being trolled -- and for some reason the software seems to have taken away the ability to simply do things yourself. I've only been using Canva for a few months, but I swear the mandatory AI tools have gotten even worse in that time. I'm baffled at why I heard so many good things about Canva going in.

Everything was great but way to many things are crowned and the ai wouldnt give me the things I wanted and since I been using Canva for 3 years and they JUST added the crowns ALL of my favorites are gone EVERYTHING else is great.

That feeling when you're trying to write on a slide but can't see what the hell you're even writing because the floating mini unneeded magic write, comment, lock position and appearance, duplicate, delete and more bar just HAS to go OVER the text you're TRYING TO LOOK AT AND EDIT. Top five most useless features along with the fart of an AI you've added just to go with the trend. Literally one of the most basic points in design, all that space on the side but you HAD to make it squish in on the text whenever it can't fit in frame. Not even an option available to just hide the bar that I never even use. Did you just put it in there in hopes people would missclick and accidentally use the AI feature you cramped in there so you can shove more AI down our throats and convince yourselves that everyone loves it?

Hands down the worst customer support experience I have dealt with from a tech company. Emailed back and forth for over a week, with their responses completely irrelevant to any information I shared. It felt like talking to a bad ai agent. The answers felt copy and pasted. Some were grammatically incoherent. And after all that time and frustration, I am no closer to my issue being resolved. I decided to file a complaint with the BBB, and see where that takes me.

UPDATE: A real and competent human reached out and solved everything in a single email so updating to 3 stars since the issue was resolved. However, it should have been a single email to start- not nearly 2 weeks of total ineptitude.

Umm AI has a few mistakes and limits so I would say that that fault is worth one less star but other than that it’s amazing.🤩 😻

The AI is so nice, helpful, and cool at the same time!

This company provides a lot of features to create the best of what you want, such as AI image generation, background remover and A LOT of different handwriting texts styles. I love it and use it for almost all presentations.

Great options. Sadly they are using AI in everything. My logo contain something that their AI recognizes as a treat. So I cannot use it work although I am paying for subscription which is not cheap. After several tries with the management, they didn’t do anything and told me to change my logo, like are you for real??
