You did not give me a reset AI limit and this experience was nothing like what I thought. You should be ashamed to has so many errors. VERY BAD.

The AI was successfully able to follow the prompted suggestion to create a Kindle book cover. I’ve done several now. I’m given 4 options. Still trying to navigate the editing function but overall a positive experience.

Easy to use and easy to find what you want, especially with AI

Fast response, the AI support also works so well. Understand my issue verry well. They still approve my refund subscribsion since im not using premium tools anymore but forget to unsubscribe. eventho the terms n use say no refund, but they still handle my request very well. Appreciate it!

This was my first project on Canva and I wrote my first book! Canva is easy to use, the application is lighting fast whether searching templates or using 'Ask Canva'. Even the AI illustrations were easy to generate. The auto page numbering was a bit tricky as I had to manually uncheck the pages a couple of times.

If I good give 0 stars I would. It is so stiff. Resizing can only be done equally. Not just horizontally or vertically. Even on a simple square or circle. Tools vary from object to object. No slide bars for adjustments. Want a specific effect? It's going to be this one option. The AI is annoying and is really messing up the search feature. I only use this because my work requires it.

When I started designs I didn't have the idea but the temples and Ai in your platform supported me and now im able of designing various templets.

Ease and breadth of features is unparalleled, far as I know.

I can't think of even one program among a dozen that fairly compares to Canva. This site is a treasure of our generation, and growing right alongside ai. Super-grateful for Canva, to say the least.

Really nice to have an AI guide, and there are so many different effects to use. I love all the stuff we can use to make our designs better. What was especially helpful was the design advice I received. I was having trouble with the font, so Canva gave me some ideas and now I have a really great font. Thanks!

Too difficult to learn and once you try to teach yourself it immediately wants to charge you for it. Sticking with my Google AI on my phone

Canva is AMAZING! I designed my Class Reunion t-shirt design, posters, etc. Assemble my videos for my social media postings, YouTube videos. Love the many features like "Image to Video", "Magic Slides" , captions, a whole bunch of stuff.

This is a "Must Have" tool for every content creator, digital artist, graphic designer, educators, professionals, etc. - EVERYBODY! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

It’s has the best editing and making skills with AI

Its a great application for any creator, business, educator and the list can go on. It makes design easy and accessible with a layout that's user-friendly and has millions of templates. I've been using Canva for 3 years now as a Social Media Manager and Designer, and its my main tool. They recently came out with Canva AI 2.0 and its going to be an absolute game changer with so many fantastic AI integration tools that are going to be massive!

I love the innovations and how Canva has made it easy to create world class work, easily. I've been a professional graphic designer for over 10years, now I'm fully designing on Canva daily. I love the ease of creating animations, videos and also removing backgrounds from pictures. Canva AI is also another aspect I'm fascinated with.

How about having ANY customer support that is not AI?

Tried to cancel my Canva Pro plan while it was still on pause (before billing would happen for restarting the plan). Error message appeared about problem being on Canva’s end. But there was no way to fix it or let anyone know about it other than the 💩 AI chat and commonly asked questions.

After finally finding a sales contact form as the pnly way to let any human know about this, not only did I not receive an answer, but I got tons of spam emails I did not agree on receiving.

Then, of course, they tried billing me (had deleted my PayPal because I saw this coming).

Also, honestly, Canva’s user experience is getting worse and nobody seems to be fixing it. Definitely worth trying other services instead of this one.

After recent updates, Canva magic studio stopped working properly with iPhones and iPads. Several complaints online about it.

After 2-3 weeks contacting support and sending screenshots and screen recordings, my issue, which I never had before while using the canva app on my iphone, was not sorted, basically rendering the services that led me to subscribe to canva almost useless. After that period, when my subscription renewal came up (for a service that isnt working), I asked for an update and was informed that sadly they could not find whats wrong and were closing my ticket and would keep me update, so yeah, I am not happy nor plan on renewing my subscription at the moment since I spend more than half the month not being able to use the tools I paid for in a proper way and apparently there isnt really a date to get this fixed, if it ever will. And the sad part is, it used to work fine, the changes screwed it.

I’ve been using Canva for nearly 10 years, and watching this platform evolve has been genuinely impressive. What started as a simple drag-and-drop tool has grown into a full creative suite — Brand Kit, Magic Studio, video editing, AI features — and yet it never lost the one thing that made it special in the first place: it’s accessible to everyone. No steep learning curve, no overwhelming interface. Just a tool that gets out of your way and lets you create. Ten years in, five stars out. No hesitation.​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​

Bad (non-excisting) customer support: Canva has a fine program, but the customer service is NOT reliable. You cannot by any chance contact a supporter, so if your parcel is stuck somwhere...bad luck. Their AI-generated chat is useless. You need to talk with humans, not computers! I would go with another company next time.

Some of the responses felt Ai-generated and didn't address my direct questions.
