Capucinne is amazing
I was searching for something less traditional than a diamond engagement ring which led me to their website. The variety of gemstones and different styles caught my attention and made me explore more deeply.
I ultimately chose their Misella 1.2 ct Pear Lab Alexandrite Ring – Engagement Ring, and it looks just as beautiful in person as it does in the photos. The alexandrite changes colours in different lighting and appears different throughout the day, the moss agates compliment it beautifully. My fiancée loves it and still discovers different colours in different settings. The ring itself is very well crafted and has held up beautifully as of writing this review, a few months after getting the ring.
Their support team is also amazing. I communicated through the process of getting the ring with Vida, who was very supportive and considerate with some custom adjustments to the ring that I wanted to have. Because at first, at least for me, the website seemed a bit too good to be true, the communication with their support team really assured me that they are a reputable company, which can be trusted with such an important life event.
Absolute 10/10, highly recommend.

In addition to having beautiful, non-trend-focused, one-of-a-kind pieces, customer service was fantastic. The idea of ordering something as important, and expensive, as an engagement ring online, from overseas, initially made us nervous. One conversation - and a few emails - with customer service immediately allayed our fears. They're transparent about pricing, what is worth paying for, and what isn't. They're up-front about the issues that US customers may face from US customs, and are extremely prepared to help you through questions from the Customs office. They respond promptly. They're very friendly. They really want you to have the piece that you want, and they're absolutely willing to work with you to make that happen.
I will say that, for US customers, because customs is terrible right now, a detailed description of any items should be sent along with the shipping confirmation. All the specs. Carat, number of jewels, weight of the item- these were all questions I faced from US Customs before they deigned to ship it to me. If I'd had that exact info right off the bat, it would have cut down on some of the back-and-forth with the (lovely, helpful,) folks at Capucinne. Again, they're very transparent that, as the Importer, any wrangling with Customs will be on you; I just didn't really know what that would entail. Not their fault, just a suggestion.
Anyway, I couldn't be happier. My ring is perfect, and exactly what I wanted. I'm very excited to tell people, when they ask where I got it. Thank you, Capucinne! Customer Service deserves a raise!

I purchased the Sally Kite Moss Agate ring set to propose to my fiancé and she loves it! The ring set is beautiful. Between myself and my husband we have bought three beautiful rings from this vendor. These rings are beautiful, unique and very special. I feel very lucky that I found Capucinne while I was looking for the engagement ring for my partner. I knew clearly what I don't want ring to be, but Capucinne help me found what exactly I want. They also made both the experience of choosing and the ring very special. I ordered the ring similar to what they have on their website with request for a different stone (1ct blue-green saphire). Over the process, they were very informative and responsive. I appreciate we had a video call, they send me videos and photos of the stone options and helped me about each part I was not sure about. Unsure how the cost of their jewelry compares to others. My purchase was an engagement ring, she asked specifically for one from them, and i wasn’t going to compromise on her request. No regrets!
DHL shipping is the real problem here. They made hell of a confusing paper trail and lost the product for a day. But that’s not what we’re reviewing.
International shipping added 20% cost to get it through customs shipping to US, just something to keep in mind.
