Signed up with care heroes 4 weeks ago, to provide overnight care for my elderly parents.
Dad has early onset of dementia and mum was struggling to cope with his care around the clock.
I had a few issues booking a Carer at first as the website is tailored to the customer choosing their Carer and care needs - I found this a little daunting at first.
A care manager helped me through the process and in the end it was fairly straightforward.
The standard of care is excellent and the cost is 50% less that of some other care agencies.
If/ when the time comes that mum and dad need a full time Carer, I feel confident that Care Heroes will be a perfect solution.
