Do not use. They took money to book a rug cleaning. They took the rug to clean it and return in two weeks. They returned the rug after six weeks and after hunting them on the phone. The rug had not been cleaned, but instead was soaked and left to rotten. It smells disgusting and can not be used. Awful customer service.

Excellent service from start to finish. Quote was very reasonably priced, and everything sent through promptly. The engineers arrived on time, incredibly friendly and helpful. Completed a great job, all carpets coming up as clean including difficult cream coloured ones in high traffic areas. Cant fault them!

Terrible, Never would use them again. Rip you off and then give you no platform to give feedback and don’t want to hear your complaints!

It is the worst company iv every gone with I'd avoid it as they are very unhelpful. The carpet they layed was coming up from the floor and they refused to do anything about it. 🤬

Avoid awful company!! Terrible customer service and they wear no PPE at all! Don’t waste your money they’re a cowboy company!!

Not the best company in the world, poor customer service and no PPE used. Wouldn’t recommend.

Turned up 4 days late with no PPE now my house smells like a damp Egyptian Camel.
Might as well have used a hosepipe and a broom to clean the carpets shocking service avoid!!!

DO NOT USE, this company ruined my carpet, they over soaked it when cleaning, which resulted in my front room smelling extremely bad, they denied all knowledge and when confronted were rude and dismissive, when entering, they failed to wear any foot protection and absolutely no PPE, putting myself and my young family at risk , DISGUSTING

Technician ruined our lounge carpet by over soaking / saturating it. We are now left with a very unpleasant damp odour and despite their own staff admitting their error they have now chosen to try and shrug us off. Their staff also had to be reminded to wear foot protection and COVID PPE such as face mask etc.

Booked 16/7 for carpet clean 27/7 at the time weren’t sure if their local technician was working would ring me back it not, no phone call back. I was rang on the wed 24/7 can I do following sat which I couldn’t do. Rang again 25/7 technique doesn’t want to work because of hot weather namely 22f couldn’t believe the poor excuse! Luckily rebooked more locally last minute. Absolutely awful service don’t use!

I called up to get a price and was clear that I needed one specific day as it needed to fit around tenants moving in and out and other redecorating. Was initially only calling to get a quote but the guy I spoke to insisted he book me in to hold the date and that I could cancel. I decided to use them for ease as didn't have time to do price research. 5 days before the appointment (having booked nearly 4 weeks in advance) I was called and told they didn't have the smaller machine they need for a first floor flat that day. I said this was really disappointing and not great service and the guy said he'd sort it out. The following day someone else called me back and said they didn't have any engineers the day of my appointment so would have to cancel. Very unprofessional. However I have managed to find another company at short notice and their price was lower.
