We were assured nicely by staff and had very good recommendations,
But it's so disappointing that we didn't get a carry bag and when we asked for a bag the lady smiled and said for this one we do not have a bag,
It's a box of earbuds so how I'm I supposed to carry them.
If it's chargeable then mention that we charge for it which I didn't have problem paying.
Very disappointing.

I visited the Carrefour bakery station…

I visited the Carrefour bakery station at Mall of the Emirates and had a frustrating experience. I asked the staff at the donut station to add sugar to my donuts, and was told the sugar was available at another station. I walked over to that station, only to be told the sugar is actually at the first station. I was sent back and forth with no resolution and no one taking responsibility to simply help me.

This kind of poor coordination between staff is unnecessary and reflects badly on the store's customer service. Something this simple should never require a customer to walk around and get conflicting information. I hope management addresses staff training and communication so other customers don't face the same issue.

Horrible experienced with online…

Horrible experienced with online delivery. I chose to pay by cash and waited whole day for delivery. Driver came at 9pm and upon giving him a note he refused saying he has no change. He packed all items saying he will cancel the order and left. Customer service who supposed to solve the problem weren't helpful either saying I should put in a note while making order saying how uch change the driver should bring! Never heard of such a thing! Shouldn't they carry change?! There is also exchange near my building but driver refused to get change saying he is going to his room. Lousy horrible service

Defective AirPods, Zero Accountability — Ticket #10754538

I purchased Apple AirPods Pro (3rd Generation) from Carrefour UAE (Order ID: 784010016157725-A) and received a defective unit that fails to connect. I immediately contacted customer support, provided video evidence of the defect as requested, and even called their team — all within the required timeframe.
Despite all this, Carrefour refused to issue a refund. Instead, they kept redirecting me to visit an Apple Service Center to obtain a fault report — even after I informed them I was travelling out of the country. Their response to every message was a copy-paste of the same policy line with zero empathy or flexibility.
I purchased this from CARREFOUR, not Apple. The responsibility to resolve a defective product lies with the retailer, not the customer. Carrefour asked me for video proof, I provided it, and it counted for nothing.
I have now escalated this to the UAE Ministry of Economy. Avoid buying electronics from Carrefour UAE — if anything goes wrong, they will make the process as difficult as possible instead of standing behind what they sell.

Worst call centre ever. The agent Mohammed Atif was extremely not helpful and didn’t even escalate my issue. Very inhumane policies and behavior. Regret buying items from here.

BAD EXPERIENCE UNPROFESSIONAL STAFF

I had a very bad experience today at Carrefour in the cooking/food section. Around 3:15 PM on 15th April, one of the cooking staff showed a very rude and unprofessional attitude. When I tried to raise a concern about the portion (the cheese was clearly less)ZATAR SESSION NEXT TO FLOWER SHOP, the staff member became defensive and suddenly tried to grab my food from me, which was completely unacceptable and shocking.

This kind of behavior is not expected from a place like Carrefour. Customers should be treated with respect, not aggression.

Sat down for 20 minutes and no one even put my order through. Told I was lying about the time my order was placed. Did not receive what I had ordered. Would not reccomend Dubai Marina carrefour pizza station. Poor service and incorrect order

Bad costumer service and refund issue

The worst online store I had ever purchased. They are not accepting the return item even all are in good condition. Costumer service (Sheila specifically) is even rude when I talked through phone. Never gonna recommend it to others.

Carefour

Carefour, you cancel my order as easy as that, but the refund takes 7-14 days, so it means that my family will not eat for 2 weeks , because you will give back my money after 14 days. Is this really fair for us consumer ? Date of cancellation of orders March 27,2026 and we will eat on April 9 or 10 , if they will refund the money.

Is this really fair ? We are in this very difficult situation, and your giving more difficult to us consumer ?

The worst place to buy from Carrfour

Never ever will recommend for any of my friends or family nor colleagues to bay any electrical equipment from what is called unfairly a major store
When ever you face a problem they simply don’t care and they hide behind a warranty that no one or rarely reads
I bought a hitachi refrigerator and was broken after two months
Costumer service didn’t attend to my issue tell date
I advise all customers not to buy from this vendor

If I could give zero I would give. Such untrustworthy service ! I ordered the dishwasher and they gave me four days delivery. I manage my schedule so that I’m waiting for them on the last day. Then they sent me that will come next day 10 o’clock in the morning so again I changed my schedule for next day in the morning. They then next day change it to 2 o’clock. As you understand, no one came as well. I’m emailing them and WhatsApp them to ask what’s happening I get zero reply. I also asked if I can pay to have it installed. Zero answer again. Is the worst service I have encountered and I dread to think what might happen if this machine doesn’t work properly. I will never buy again from them and I suggest you find someone else that has good service reviews .

Bought HP printer from ghubaiba…

Bought HP printer from ghubaiba carrefour where printer stopmworkingbwithin month and notice its cartridge low issue wherein it was informed while purchasing that thisnwill give 6000 print in one cartridge,later on I got to knwo that one cartridge can print only 1600 thats also ok but why it was sold yo me with false promise just for doing business. Better to say no and have some value rather than raising sales by false promised. Twice vanished customer service counter with no faith in their promise. Better to avoid carrefour stuff who cant stay on their words.

Poor customer service in cashier…

Poor customer service in cashier counter. You need need to train them how to be polite in dealing with different nationalities. Seems they are not happy to serve your regular customers with respect. Day by day, customer satisfaction is getting worst because of the way your service staff deals with the customer. Have bad experence with Ms. Aisha in Cashier counter today. She was so rude to me. So disappointing. She has full of attitude while talking to me. I wrote feedback with details as well. Hope you keep staff who are ready to serve customer regardless of their nationalities and resolve issues in a polite way. Thank you.

Ordered A fridge from Carrefour. Damaged but no support from Carrefour. Fraud.

Ordered A fridge. There was many different sellers and cheaper than Carrefour but chose Carrefour and paid AED 200 more than cheapest option, thinking if any issues Carrefour will sort them. Fridge arrived with dents on the side and the invoice was from another company and not Carrefour. When I complained to Carrefour they just passed the complaint to the other company. Do NOT buy anything electrical from Carrefour as it seems they are just buying cheap from other providers and selling at an extortionate price with no customer services.
