Terrible communications and no shows.
Scheduling pick up was horrible. Didn't show up at 8-12 designated and rescheduled for 12-4 that was also a no show. Wasted a whole day waiting, and acted like nothing happened, to reschedule for another 4 hour block, to show up late. Terrible communications and waste of time.

My overall experience was good but the language barrier between me and the dispatch made it so we had to use translate on phones to communicate. Not terrible but not the best other than that everything was great and the driver was nice just maybe get some more bilingual people if possible
