Its a shady site to say at least. I would recommend to avoid this one due to unfair practices! try to find a good bonus offering site like Casual Spinner and pick from there. Not every bonus is worth taking, as many players here found out the hard way. And ALWAYS read T&C before depositing anywhere!

Completely rubbish. They cannot produce evidence and lie.

Awful casino.
They steal money.
I had an issue where I didn’t get my registration email due to a glitch in their system. I was told by chat agents to sign up with another email. That worked.
One month later after busting out of the welcome bonus but hitting €900 on other games they close my account and steal money. Claim u had multiple accounts and will not engage.
Currently preparing court action and seeking hacking groups to target the site.
Claims by Caisnomia that I created multiple accounts from the same IP is simply not true and a blatant lie. This is a company that claims there agents did not advise me to create further accounts when their system does not work. They are fabricating evidence and this is why I will be seeking expert help to expose them. Stealing someone’s money is a criminal offence. Working with hackers to expose criminals is justice.

We are sorry that the player has had a bad experience with our site. However, we have very clear and strict anti fraud rules and procedures. Without a shadow of a doubt these have been violated.
First of all we have detected at least 3 accounts which share the same IP. This is forbidden as per clause 5.8 of our Terms and conditions - https://casinomia.com/en/terms:
5.8. One player is entitled to open one account. It is forbidden to open additional accounts to family members, or use a single IP address, computer or other device without the prior written permission of the Company.
This clause clearly states that, in such cases, we can close the account(s) in question and forfeit all bonuses and winnings.
Second, the player has received bonuses on each of these accounts. Clause 1.1. of our bonus terms states the following:
1.1. All bonuses provided by Casinomia can be released only once for one person at one place of residence, phone number, billing account, IP-adress and computer unless otherwise specified in bonus conditions. Creating additional accounts in Casinomia to claim bonuses will be treated as bonus abuse and will lead to account ban with funds confiscation.

We can provide evidence that the player has created multiple accounts, taken bonus via multiple accounts and by doing so he has breached our General Terms and conditions and Bonus Terms and Conditions. Our commitment to personal data protection prevents us from posting the evidence here but we are willing to do so in a controlled environment.
Thirdly, the player says that he is currently ''seeking hacker groups to target the site'' - this is a criminal offense and we are not willing to debate with players who are able to issue such criminal threats. We are happy to assist trustpilot.com if they wish to get to the bottom of this - we can provide the necessary proof (without divulging any sensitive information) that proves the undeniable breach of a number of terms and conditions.
