No more bonus promotions
The site has changed alot. No more offers daily. If you deposit £10 a offer was given for some free spins on a game they promoted. That stopped in June. Now a Fishing daily game is given but its boring now. You have no control to select any area. When you get the legendary fish you don't get anything. No Incentive anymore. Not exciting. No reward. once a week maybe 5 x 5p spins. Then if your lucky win 5p. I used to really enjoy this site. Withdrawals is instant and selection is great. But I've really felt disappointed with lack of Incentives amd rewards. I had to say something as I don't use as my main fun place anymore. I feel the rpt is off on every game I've played recently

Loyalty rewarded by funds robbed account locked
Been a loyal player on Casushi for years, then today I removed an expired bank card from payment options as I had not used that card in years anyway because it has expired so was needlessly on the payment method list - then as I went to withdraw £80 I was promptly locked out of my account, cannot get into the account whatsoever and all emails totally ignored. I will be escalating to every avenue imaginable if it is not resolved however if it is resolved professionally I will ammend this review. I never thought Casushi would be one of those sites that robs customers, but be warned readers it looks as though that is the case.

Came back after not playing for a while and still the worst casino out there, the amount of dead spins is ridiculous then when you do get a win it’s pathetic amounts bonus rounds paying less than £6 when you finally get 1, payouts take hours to hit your bank when others take minutes like MrQ etc, stating your games are fair and regulated by GC doesn’t take away the fact the slots are appalling LOOK at your reviews and as for your responses to people’s reviews is just dam right rude. I’ve played on several of your games which aren’t the best considering other sites have much more choice and better slot games. Honest opinion do not play on this site it’s by far the worst out there. Don’t reply either as it won’t be read trying to justify yourselves with RTP joke!

Why would I think a place where a game offer returns of 94% when I can play elsewhere and get 96% ?

Far better casinos out there. They’ve tightened things up a lot I’ve been at a loss for months and net deposit is very high £20k plus! As soon as they’ve put you at a high loss they’ll pull out the old enhanced checks limit deposits restrict your account so you’ll never win it back let alone be in a plus. Absolute con.

Site has got worse in past month
Previously, I gave this site a 5* Review. However, in the past month since they were taken over by another company the payouts are the worst I've seen. It's like they're trying to recoup some funds from the takeover. Sad really. I used this site daily/weekly and I was a good customer. They have 1 game on their site that I love to play.
