Hats off to these guys (Kevin, Nick, Jacob and Lee) at Cavendish Kitchen Equipment. I ordered a 3.3m x 1.2m x 30mm worktop for my breakfast bar in stainless steel. It's a work of precision and a piece of art. Stunning end result ! Superb service, communication and pre sales technical advice.Delivered within 2 weeks from order date. I ordered a stainless steel door to fit my new integrated dishwasher. Very impressed to receive a telephone call advising me to measure the dishwasher door so I was ensured a perfect fit. To receive a custom made door for the price paid is impressive. The dishwasher has now been in use for a couple of months and the door continues to look good and is excellent quality.

I ordered a floating stainless steel shelf for our kitchen. The website only offers shelving in 5cm increments, but it turns out you can any length you want, made to measure (maybe make that clear on the website?! it's such a plus!) The shelf was perfect - arrived very well packaged and our kitchen fitter had no problems installing it. It looks beautiful, far superior in quality to the cheaper alternatives we'd been looking at. Thank you!

Such an exceptional experience and craftsmanship! I had a full stainless steel kitchen made with Cavendish and Lee, Russel and Nick made me feel supported through the design process, despite lots of changes from my side. Installation was seamless. Would highly recommend!

Delivery was fast and efficient, with the product packaged in such a way as to make any damage outright impossible. I’ve never seen such care!
Once fitted, the look of the panel was better than we’d imagined. Perfection. This was, effectively, a sample piece. We will be following up with a larger order in due course.
Customer service is excellent. I followed the recommendation regarding finish and it’s spot-on. Full details of the panel were sent to me prior to manufacture, giving me not only a good understanding of the finished item, but a justified feeling of control and involvement.

Cavendish helped us turn a sketch plan on graph paper into a full kitchen of the highest quality and beauty. Fantastic service from start to finish. Help with small details, prompt responses and delivered well packed, easy to install. Happy to have supported great British manufacturing this year.

We had a new extension built so the room the kitchen was to be installed was square. I (a novice) was fitting it as we live a couple of hundred miles away from Cavendish. I sent loads of questions via email which they were really patient with (thanks). Then made measurements and double checked and sent them off. Cavendish then sent us drawings / plans to check. About 6 weeks later everything arrived made up and all I had to do was screw the units to the walls, pop the worktops on and screw them to the units then click in the drawers and cupboards. Brilliant experience from start to finish. In fact unwrapping everything took longer than the actual fitting of the kitchen.
