My experience with CDON has been…

My experience with CDON has been extremely disappointing from start to finish.

I placed my order on June 24, but it wasn’t shipped until around June 30. The only explanation I received was that there had supposedly been a delay with the manufacturer—but I only found this out because I contacted customer service myself. At no point did anyone proactively inform me that my order would be delayed.

Once the order was finally dispatched, it sat at the distribution center for several more days. Then, on July 6, I received a notification saying it had been delivered. Except it wasn’t delivered to my home address, which is the address I provided and expected it to be delivered to.

Instead, my package was sent to a pickup point in another neighborhood that requires me to take a bus to reach. There are several much closer pickup locations near my home, yet for some reason my package ended up much farther away. No one explained why, and no delivery attempt was made to my address.

The whole experience defeats the purpose of ordering online. I experienced unnecessary delays, poor communication, and now I have to spend extra time and money collecting a package from a location I never chose.

I ordered this item to enjoy the short Swedish summer, but because of the delays and the failed delivery, I’ve lost valuable time that I can’t get back.

Delays can happen, but poor communication and a completely mishandled delivery should not. Based on this experience, I cannot recommend CDON and will seriously reconsider ordering from them again.

Never buying from CDON again

I ordered two adapters to be sent to my office. After 1 month, I was still waiting for the delivery. I noticed that the company name had disappeared from the delivery address and tried to put the order in again since I had made a mistake. NO! As soon as I paid, the company name disappeared from the delivery address. No one responded to my emails to customer service or the report I made about this web error. The estimated delivery date has now passed for the second delivery and when I look up the order online, it looks like it hasn't even been packed yet. Where is my money? Where are my products?

I bought a electrinic product from them and after few months stoped working. I have tried now in 3 months to get an answer how to do with return or repair with ZERO result. They have stopped even to answer the emails.

this company is literally dogshit

this company is literally dogshit. they have no human sense at all. they are after money and they do as they please. my wife bought an Xbox series x and a bathtub. they are really slow when it comes to handling the package and sending it here to Sweden. I have never had in issue my self before but this takes the price. I'm so frustrated that a company can be this ruthless about other peoples packages and emotions. they have no intension to help or to solve anything about the order. the only thing they do is complain and redirect the question so that you need to talk to other company's and then so on. how are we customers going to trust websites in the future if this is what it is from now on.

avoid ordering from this place

Ordered a spare part.
They send the invoice the day after (before the part even left the seller's warehouse).
Invoice needs to be paid within 10 days. I pay, then i get nothing delivered after 30 days.
After 5 emails (2 of which answered by an AI) the only answer i get is "we don't how this happened, but the part was never delivered".
I still have to get refund, but i have anyway lost one month. They instead earned money if they invested mine in the meantime. Ridiculous company

Stopped the order and rised the price.

Ordered an item and paid, after a while I get a message that the item is no longer available... I go in and look and see that the same supplier still has the item but has raised the price.

When I wrote about what had happened, I got this response:

I have placed an order weeks ago. No updates yet while delivery date was 13th of April, I am being totally ghosted by CDON. Have reached out to their support multiple times and they only replied once saying I need to wait. Very bad and unprofessional for a reputable business.

Avoid CDON whatever you do

Avoid CDON unless you want to take a big risk of being very disappointed. I bought two expensive cameras and they never arrived. My main problem was that I could not get any information about them from CDON. Why were they not sent. Why was there no way to trace them. Why do CDON never answer their customer service phone. When you contact them by email they only deliver automatically generated responses that they are working with the problem. So I am wasting my life away by chasing a sloppy company. CDON is nowadays not a sales company but only a middleman agent that sells for other companies. You are much more well off if you go to these companies directly. Companies that have a good service and customer support.j

Item did not arrive, zero communication, WTF is my item?!

Ordered an item, did not arrive within the date. But what is worse is:

👎 Received no shipping information.
👎 Received zero information about delays.
👎 Received absolute zero communication.

Verdict: AVOID. Can absolutely NOT recommend to anyone. And if I do not receive a response ASAP I will be issuing a complaint with my credit card company. I did not read the reviews here before placing an order, but now I'll NEVER order from them again.
ORDER AT YOUR OWN RISK.

UPDATE - 1 May 2026 - Still no refund despite cancelling the order. Do not order from this website, avoid at all costs!

UPDATE - 5 May 2026 - Received my refund.

Conclusion - Ordered 14 April 2026, nothing shipped out. Had to complain, TWICE. Refunded 5 May 2026. So, if you are feeling really bored, and really want to enjoy the full experience of ordering something but getting nothing and then going through the pain of getting a refund, by all means, place an order.

Impossible or very difficult to contact CDON customer service by phone

Impossible or very difficult to contact CDON customer service by phone on the advertised number and opening hours. The only information provided is a repeated message that they appreciate the patiance to wait. No information is given on remaining waiting time. After two attempts I gave up after having waited 30 min with no one picking up my call. Totally unacceptable.

Comment on the recent answer from CDON: "...During busy periods, our telephone queues can unfortunately become longer than usual...". Given that the CDON phone support is open ONLY four hours per week, I suppose those four hours will ALWAYS be what CDON calls "busy periods", thus confirming that the CDON phone service is more or less impossible to use. Real time information on expected remaining waiting time should be the absolute minimum must for CDON to quickly implement to achieve some level of contactability for customers.

The device I ordered and paid for in…

The device I ordered and paid for in advance hasn't arrived, and CDON's customer service says it's my problem and I have to resolve the issue with the courier company they hired. They're not a very reputable company. I wouldn't recommend them to anyone.

5-7 days delivery time BECAME 21 days of headache

To bad i can't give less than 1 star. This company and there associate ComputerSalg A/S Is the worst ever.

I ordered on Cdon Web page. But the product was gonna be sent from the other company, strange to say the least. And I was counting on that the estimated delivery date was that when I purchased the product on the webpage. If it had said up to 3 weeks I would offcourse never ordered from them. Here in lies the main problem that they say 1 estimated delivery time and you purchase the product. But it is false markerting. It should be illegal

I ordered a perfume 15th of December. Estimated arrival was 22-23 Dec.

I thought okey then I have a couple of days to spare so I ordered and payed.

Everything good, or so I thought.

I got an email a couple of days later saying that new estimated arrival was gonna be on 27th of December. And they are blaming each other. So after much writing and waiting I got my package on 8th of January. It was supposed to be Christmas gift. I thought at the latest 25th maybe if I where unlucky.

I have asked for an compensation. Didn't get an answer, they wrote about something else. The whole thing is so bad handled its hard to believe that it is a Scandinavian company.

I will never order anything from either of them. And I will ask my friend that's big on social media to make a video about them.

Maybe then they will answer and give me a rightful compensation for al problems and time I have spent on this bullshit.

The customer service is non existant

The customer service is non existant. I need a proper receipt for my purchase, and after sending 3 emails with no answer i started calling. I am on the phone now (started at 9am.. I can promise you nthat when the telephone hours close at 11am no one will have picked up. No one answers the phone, even though their opening hours are only 2 hours, 2 days a week. Riddiculous.
