I’ve been a long time customer from VA and my orders are always correct and timely. They even call me directly if a product I ordered runs out before mine is filled - most others would just cancel that portion of the order, but they ask if I’d like to replace with an alternative.

NICE AND EASY-TO-USE

I love how easy the website is to navigate. I have placed three orders and they always arrive fast and in perfect condition. The only thing that I wish they would change is adding the flavor description when choosing a concentrate. Other than that, this is an amazing site with even better pricing! This is the only place that I will ever use to order my diy e-juice supplies.

I have been a customer for several years, and I just had my first problem with an order. I received a DOA vape device. I let them know, and faster than I could blink my eyes, they had a replacement sent out to me. I call that wonderful customer service.
I'm embarrassed to admit, however, that before I found their email telling me that they sent a new device in my spam folder, I sent them probably a half a dozen angry messages, because I thought they weren't answering me. When I apologized, it was just accepted with courtesy and humor. I call that great customer service.

I shop online frequently and shop from Central Vapors every couple months. It's always easy to find what I'm looking for and I enjoy trying all the flavors. The selection of flavors is better than anywhere else.

Sold me defective batteries. Won't answer phone or return call. Site chat thing is unusable do to never allowed me to type or chat take over screen. Home screen stayed up...... Update they sold me defective batteries. Made a half hearted effort to replace them 3 times. Ended up with one battery that at least takes charge. They did give me refund though so. I'm alright with their efforts. Though you REALLY Need a battery tester! Someone who test at least 6 pairs from each pack! If you have no defective ones in first six sets. You're good! If you test and several are defective. M9st likely whole pack is. Save yourself the issue we had....... Just saying
