This is a parent company of MYIQ who lead u to believe u r entering a £1.00 trail with two 50ppayments and then say u signed up and no mention of a £29.99 recurring charge I paid with PayPal I was totally unaware of further charges and have cancelled MYIQ allegedly subscription payments pending I will be in contact with my bank and PayPal please be AWARE of this practice it not even UK based

I am extremely disappointed with MyIQ. I took a one-time test for a small fee, but I was automatically enrolled in a high-priced monthly subscription without clear notice.
Despite the fact that I have not used the service even once since the charge, their customer support (David) repeatedly refused my refund request using scripted responses. They claim the service was "available," but charging customers for a service they never accessed—especially after a misleading sign-up process—is predatory.
I have already contacted my credit card company to dispute the charge. Beware of this site; they make it very easy to charge you but nearly impossible to get your money back.
[UPDATE] WARNING: Deceptive and contradictory support.
One manager (James) officially promised a refund and gave me a reference number ,but then another person (David) contacted me to say they won't honor it. They are playing games and lying to customers. This is a scam-like experience. I have reported this to my bank for a chargeback. DO NOT TRUST THIS SITE.

Keep asking me for my email for refund which i stated multiple times, bad service and support and lack of brain cells for a iq test 1/10 horrible service.

Complete scam, took a free test and was charged €30 a month for several months without agreeing to it and did not notice them taking money out of my account for several months without notifying me. Hidden fees, would completely avoid this website and planning on reporting them.

What a scam. I never made an account, I have no idea how Cerebrum IQ got my bank info. Their AI bot “David” sends me around and around in circles because they’ve been charging me monthly for 4 months. Bot can’t find my account, because there isn’t one… because I don’t have one. I’m calling my bank for a charge back tomorrow and reporting them to the BBB
Edit:customer service contacted me with hopeful intentions. Turns out, the hopeful emails were just another bot and I still haven’t spoken with a customer service representative to end these unapproved charges. Super scam, they’re out to get your money!

Scam business. They work on a subscription model. Even if you cancel your subscription they will keep charging you monthly until you realise and cancel. Should you realise, they make empty promises that they will refund you via PayPal but to no avail.
Quite frankly this company should have been struck off any legitimate business register years ago. How that can continue to operate is a mystery and a scandal.

This parent company runs multiple scams. myiq.com frequently charges and scams customers even after cancellation

This is a scam company. Do not leave any information there under any circumstances. In just over a year, they scammed me out of more than 40,000 yuan. Every deduction was made without notice or receipt. They are an openly fraudulent company. Remember not to leave any information.

Stay as far away from Myiq as possible! This site is a complete fraud. They use deceptive marketing to lure you in and then charge your card nearly 800 CZK without any clear authorization or providing any real service.
It’s a classic "dark pattern" scam designed to trap you into a subscription or a one-time fee you never agreed to. There is no customer support to speak of, and getting your money back is nearly impossible through their platform.
If you have already been scammed, contact your bank immediately to block your card and request a chargeback. Do not trust their "terms and conditions" – they are thieves. 1/5 stars is still too much for this criminal operation.
I have already received an email from your support (David) claiming the refund was 'processed'. Now you are asking for my details again. This is inconsistent. I will not provide any sensitive financial data. Just refund the transaction linked to my email/Google Pay account immediately

I have been charged for a subscription that I did not sign up for and cancelled in June of 2025. New charges started recurring in January-April for $31.97/mo for a total of $127.88 that must be refunded. I contacted Cerebrum IQ and since, after corresponding with a “David” and getting the same response month after month, I still have not received a refund. This company is a scam. I am pursuing legal action for this and the chargeback fees and reporting this further.

This is just a scam to take your money

'I was charged without my consent!!!!! Then they wanted another 14 dollars to send them a registered letter. IF I could give them a negative 15 star review, I would. Crooks!

I tried Cerebrum’s assessment from the U.S., and it was both fun and informative. The 30 questions were challenging but engaging, and the results gave me real insight into my strengths. The personalized certificate was a nice touch too!

I filled out the trial test, and I was charged for the test. Who doesn't want to know their IQ 48 years after college? And all was well. Oh, by the way, "I am a genius!" NOT. I got a charge on January 20th for 24.99. Oops, my fault, I didn't cancel. I made a request to cancel, and was charged again on the 17th of February. I emailed to let them know I had cancelled, and on March 16th, another charge. Very irritated I called............ now again this month on the 13th April, I am charged. $74.97 later, I am still being charged for a subscription I cancelled in January. Beware, the greatest genius is the one who doesn't get trapped in the Cerebrum IQ circle.

Absolutely awful company. Signed up for a free trial once and they began to take money put of my account non stop. I changed my card number just cause of this and they managed to find my new number and continue to charge me. Ive asked for a refund and nothing, Ive lost almost $200 to them and as a teenager that's a lot of f****ing money. Ive posted about this scam on Reddit and all other platforms. DONT TRUST THEM

I signed up for a one time test and have been charged $19.99 for months without my knowledge. This has been raised with Apple Card's fraud department who is also investigating this. It is unfortunate because the product could have a lot of benefit, but this bait and switch is unethical and fighting it is time consuming.

I agreed to pay $1 for an IQ test and NOTHING ELSE. Definitely no terms and conditions agreed to or any fine print, the cheap IQ test is just a fraudulent way for this company to get your CC number and then charge you without your knowledge thereafter until you find out. I have been charged $29.99 per month for at least six consecutive months now, unwillingly. There is no way to cancel the monthly payments through the company's website. This is seriously wrong on so many levels.

These guys have been robbing me each month for god knows how long I can’t get an answer they refuse to show me where I asked for this and they are taking 32 a month out it’s massive scam and all the responses are AI all the same .. they won’t tell me
What it’s for and refuse to do refund then despite saying they cancelled my whatever I would call this ? They said it’s cancelled then tried today to take money out I’m speaking to Afterpay but after reading all these I’m going straight to the police . Scammers

I have been trying to cancel this account since May 2025. The website account link leads to an unloadable page as does their cancellation link. The phone number is a scam as well. They have been charging my card $9.99 a week since May 4, 2025. I am now filing a complaint with my bank and disputing that way because I can't get any other response.
